At the 2nd floor (without elevator), this 50m2 apartment is bright and quiet. There is air-conditioning. One bedroom with 2 persons bed (1.60x2m), a big living room ( 30m2) to cook and eat with fully-equipped kitchen (piano for cooking, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, coffemachine), a table to have dinner until in 6 and corner to relax with coffee table and two sofas (0,90 m x 2m) which can serve as sleeping around (2x 1 place person), a bathroom with bath, combo washer-dryer and separate Toilets.
