ABSOLUTELY PRISTINE! 2 Bed/2 Bath, 150 ft to waters edge. Well equipped kitchen, air conditioning, ceiling fans, wireless internet, 55" flat screen TV in the Living Room, TV's in both bedrooms, gas grill, 2 lanais with ocean/beach views, fully stocked linen closets, ample covered parking directly below unit, outdoor shower, large yard, washer/dryer, ping pong, foosball and dartboard!. You will not be disappointed!

Your island home is situated on the mountain side of the second floor of a triplex building - Pu'uwai O' Kahalu'u (in the heart of Kahalu'u) There is easy access from the garage to your unit. Air-conditioning in the living area and ceiling fans throughout. Fully stocked kitchen and 1,100 square feet plus 350 square feet in covered lanais with ocean/beach views. Sleeps up to 6 people with 1 queen bed in each bedroom, and a daybed with 2 twin mattresses in area between dining and living rooms. Fall asleep to the sound of the surf!

Walk across the street to Kahalu'u Beach Park - the premier snorkel and surf spot on the Island. The neighborhood has several board rental shops and the next door neighbor runs a surf school. Snorkel gear available to rent at the beach. Located less than 1 mile away are shops, restaurants, a movie theater, grocery store, drug store, and Keauhou Urgent Care – hopefully not needed. Less than 2 miles to Keauhou Bay Pier, the departure site for various activities including swimming with the Manta Rays. Kona Country Club has re-opened less than a mile away and Makalei Golf Club boasts a challenging course with expansive ocean views, reasonable prices, and is located just 10 miles away.

This is a No Smoking, No Pets Property. There is a 3 Night Minimum, 10 Nights during Ironman and Christmas.
