- Our XL house consists of an entrance floor and a basement with a separate entrance. The lower floor is accessed by a separate door and stairs.
- There are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen on the upper floor, and two double beds, a kitchen and a bathroom separated by a screen on the lower floor.
- You have the entire 5-acre garden and the entire house to yourselves. There is no common area.
-You are 5 minutes away from the beach and the center by car. The two furthest points of the island are already 15 minutes away from each other by car.
-You can walk down to Ayana Beach if you want. It takes 15-20 minutes.
- The area around the house is also ideal for walking.
