CITY VIEWS IN WAREHOUSE LOFT SPACE3

Loft - Entire home/apt · Atlantic Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11216, United States

Fabulous exposed brick with views of the setting sun over Manhattan. Located in a true warehouse.

The Space

If you are looking for a melting pot NY City experience in a up and coming, bohemian style neighborhood, this is your place!!! However, if you are looking for a 'Sex in the City' experience, this is not the right place for you.

This IS a wonderful loft in a renovated warehouse, just like you see in the movies. High ceilings with exposed beams and polished cement flooring from the turn of the century (the other century). Wonderful views of the Empire State building. This apartment accommodates up to 6 people easily, with a queen bed, fold out couch (queen) and a queen air bed. (NOTE: One bed is included in the price, any extra beds are $25/night per bed.) There is a kitchen with everything you could need plus staples like coffee, salt, sugar.

Located on a main street on the borders of Bedford Stuyvesant and Crown Heights sections of Brooklyn. A safe and racially diverse neighborhood- comprised mainly of families, younger professionals, and artists- this area offers many conveniences such as markets and local shopping, cafes and a bevy of dining/eating options…in addition to the Brooklyn Museum & Children’s Museum, Botanical Gardens, and Prospect Park being within walking distance so are the popular sections of Park Slopes, Fort Green and Clinton Hills.
It is located 2 blocks to the express A/C and 1 block to the LIRR so you can get to and from JFK easily. Plus get to the city in 15 minutes.

I have lived in the area for 6 years and love it and am usually in the area and available for advice, etc.

  • This flat is wonderful and the host is just great. I arrived earlier than planned and I was able to leave my luggage until the flat was ready. Super clean flat, very spacious. I stayed for a whole month and the flat offered everything you could need. Very comfy bed too. All in all great experience.

  • Had a great time at Jennifer's apartment from 23 Dec - 01 Jan 2013/14. The apartment is just as described, a loft in a converted warehouse, large open space, big windows, nice view of the Manhattan skyline, even better view from the roof. The neighborhood is a little on the rough and tumble side but not dangerous. The A train is a short walk away, 4 stops to lower Manhattan. We enjoyed our stay very much, never met Jennifer in person, but she was available if we needed her, and some Santa left us treats on the night of the 24th.

  • This spot was everything we needed for our little NYC getaway! Big and spacious, plenty of room for two people to live and work from, and just all together a wonderful experience. If you love high ceilings, concrete floors, and big windows with amazing views this is for you. Jennifer was really accommodating and very responsive–I'd most certainly recommend.

  • Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. One concern was that it would be chilly in winter in this kind of apartment - no problem there, it was nice and toasty.

The place had everything we needed, including a couple of umbrellas which was a nice touch.

It was a few minutes walk from the Subway station and then 20 mins or so into Manhatten. Williamsburg is just up the road too. We had a great stay and would stay again!

    Consigliato.

  • Had a Fantastic weekend in Jennifer's Beautiful Loft Space.

Jennifer was very kind and thoughtful helped me surprise my girlfriend - she was over the moon!

The Apartment is exactly as spacious and tasteful as I hoped. All listed features were as described.

Location is not typically beautiful ( next to busy road) but it is a short walk to the subway, or to more calm pedestrian friendly areas.

Had a great stay and would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a fashionable art space in a truly authentic Brooklyn area. Not sex-in-the-city-Manhattan, but more block-party-meets-brown-stone. Loved it.

    Thanks Jennifer!
