We provide starter quantities of essentials, including toilet paper, laundry pods, dryer sheets, paper towels, dish detergent pods, and dish soap to cover the first few days of your stay. Guests are responsible for restocking any supplies needed beyond this initial provision.
📅 Booking Restrictions
🗓 January – April & November – December: Check-ins are only allowed between the 1st and 30th of each month.
⚡ Electricity Usage
We cover up to $100 in electricity per month. Any usage beyond this will be the guest’s responsibility. Proof of the bill will be provided, and additional costs will be requested via Airbnb as "extra services" every 30-day period.
🔑 Missing or Damaged Items
An inventory check is conducted after each stay. Any missing or damaged items will be the guest’s responsibility, and the cost of repair or replacement will be charged accordingly.
🐾 Pet Policy
We love pets and welcome them! However, please follow these guidelines to keep them safe and our community clean:
✔ Do not leave pets unattended indoors or on the patio.
✔ Pets must always be leashed while on the property.
✔ Pick up after your pet and dispose of waste properly.
✔ A $150 fee per pet applies each visit
✔ Owner is responsible for replacement, repairs or any specialized cleaning due to pet damage
🚗 Parking
✔ One designated underground parking space is included in the secured garage. 7 ft. tall maximum clearance.
🔒 Security
✔ The complex features exterior security cameras and a gated entrance monitored by security guards.
✔ There are no cameras inside the unit for your privacy.
🏡 House Rules
🚫 No parties or large gatherings—please be respectful of our neighbors.
🔇 Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (strictly enforced).
🚭 No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use inside the unit or on the patio. Designated smoking areas are available on the property.
