Silvia was an excellent host, she greeted us at the property and gave us a lovely little bottle of prosecco. She was happy to answer any questions about the property and the area, particularly about days to visit nearby attractions. We didn't have any problems with this cosy and brilliantly located apartment. A perfect introduction to arbnb!
Our stay at the Opera Guest House was wonderful!
Silvia responded always very accurate and fast, as well at time of reservation as later when we stayed in Verona. She was always available for all of our questions and problems, as well before departure as when we were there.
The apartment is perfectly located in the beating heart of Verona. There were many nice restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood and many shops as well.
The apartment was fully equipped, the kitchen, bathroom and living area had everything we needed.
It was very clean and because of our 10 days stay, Silvia cleaned the apartment after 5 days and changed the linnen and towels which were also available.
The balcony is small but gave us the opportunity to drink and have breakfast outside which gave us an extra holiday feeling.
There were even Arena-pillows available at the apartment, perfect when we went to the opera.
We had an amazing time at the apartment, everything went perfectly and we would love to stay here again.
Thank you, Silvia for all of your help and kindness!
The apartment is lovely and right in the centre. Normally the flat is furnished with a double bed but Silvia very kindly found a way to put in 2 singles for my friend and I. There is noise from the street but Silvia had provided earplugs so it wasn't a problem. Perfect stay.
Silvia and her team were extremely friendly and very helpful in recommending local cafes and bus routes. The apartment was spacious and cool. We were very comfortable here.
The apartment itself is quite pretty and mostly satisfactory although the bathroom was difficult to move in. Unfortunately though the worst aspect is the traffic noise level which is intolerable, and the linen was inadequate for a 7 day stay. Staying for 7 days, we needed to know where to take rubbish.
Dear Anne, we had a quite good communication and I told you many times to tell me if you needed anything... so you only had to ask...! I am very sorry, but you never mention anything about your needs and your discomfort. I would have surely provided something for you.
Wonderful place,we really happy.Silvia, thank you one more time, hope to meet you again.Good luck. Отличное уютное местечко,передающее атмосферу старого города,великолепное расположение.Замечательная хозяйка.Нам очень понравилось.
