First off, I wholeheartedly recommend this place! If you are attending a conference at Palais des Congres, you cannot find a better-situated place to stay at this price. Even if you aren't, it's also a half a block to a metro stop on the 1 line which is so convenient for going right into the heart of Paris quickly. This airbnb had all the amazing things that money can't buy: a fantastically communicative and gracious host, great natural light, and strong wifi. It was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed spending time in the apartment. There was no fan, but the windows let in a great breeze and I had no problems in late July. There was a keybox which took all the awkwardness out of trying to time check in if you have an early or a late flight, and Stefany was very kind and flexible about me checking in early and checking out late. I also appreciated that there was an oven so you can warm up your baguette! It lacked a few of the luxurious touches that would make it upscale, but so what if you had to buy your own nespresso pods and shampoo, or the towels looked a bit worn? Stefany was the best host I've had yet on airbnb and that sense of confidence knowing that she will respond right away to any issues or questions really put my mind at ease. You won't regret staying with her! Great place.

Stefany’s apartment was very nice, just like the pictures. It has all of the modern amenities and provided many of the comforts of home. It is safe and in a nice central location, with easy access to local grocery stores, shops and restaurants. Stefany was a good hostess and available to answer questions when needed. I would definitely recommend Stefany’s apartment if you are travelling to Paris.

Great location for the price. Very close to Metro Line 1 that stops at many of the tourist attractions and has transfer connections to others. As you exit Metro car in the direction of La Defense go right to exit. Follow path to left until you see mall stores and take that exit to go above ground. Cross two small streets and you are at street apartment is located. Mall has grocery store for all your needs on level of subway exit. We had a great stay.

I stayed for 3 nights and it was a great experience! Great apartment, looking just like the pictures: perfectly decorated, lovely, cute, comfortable and a good size for 2 people. The apartment, which has been completely refurbished to great standards, feels extremely cosy and has a very a neat touch. It is located in a small and quiet street, walking distance from the Champs Elysées and Arc de triomphe. Also few steps from the Air France Shuttle Bus which takes you to the airport every 30minutes! The neighborhood is fantastic, with loads of shops and restaurants and easy access to Metro. The only thing not great was that the previous customers lost the elevator key so it was not convenient. But I'm sure new elevator key will be available for the next one. :-) Didn't get to meet Stefany as she was busy, she provided instructions that were very easy to follow to find the apartment and keys and she was very prompt with her replies. I highly recommend Stephany's apartment to anyone looking for a great and lovely place in Paris. Will definitely come back the next time in Paris!!!

Stefany's apartment was in a perfect location for us since Garry was attending a conference just two blocks away. The neighborhood in general is fantastic, with loads of shops and restaurants and easy access to Metro. The apartment itself is modern and clean and small -- ultra-wide angle photos try to make it look bigger -- but it is very functional. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishes, pots and pans, etc. But, we were surprised that there are not basic staples -- i/e.: oil and vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, paper towels or paper napkins. We also did not find any standard type of coffee maker, only the kind that uses pods (but no pods were provided). This is the first Airbnb apartment that we've used since 2011 that has had no basic cooking ingredients available, so be aware when you go to the grocery store. We never met Stefany. She communicated through the messaging system about how to get into the building and how to open the lock box for the key. However, she did not explain how to operate the elevator until later after we complained wondering if it was out of order. We had specifically booked a building with an elevator since we both have back problems. Lia did not appreciate carrying all the luggage up several flights of stairs since Garry couldn't. So be sure you get complete instructions. We don't think it is standard to only give only one bath towel (no other towels) each for an 8 night stay, and there were not extra towels anywhere. We had some problems with the bed feeling tilted and lumpy. After the first night we lifted the mattress and found several support slats missing and several large items (vacuum cleaner and step stool) pushing up on the mattress! Although the apartment is attractive, it lacks the comforts of a home. The neighborhood and location are excellent and compensate for lacks of the apartment. The best part of this apartment is the location in a wonderful Paris neighborhood with great restaurants and shops. This would be a good apartment for a business traveler attending a conference and not intending to cook much.
