This gorgeous beachfront luxury condo is located in a gated community in one of the most affluent areas of Marco Island. Located eight floors above the white sandy beaches, this spacious two-bedroom apartment features open concept lounge areas, a gourmet kitchen, two impressive bathrooms, two private bedrooms, and a private balcony overlooking the water. Guests have access to all of the community amenities, including the community pool, tennis courts, outdoor kitchen, and fitness area.

The space
As you enter the condo, you will notice a small sitting area immediately to your left. This updated den area is complete with bright and bold living room furniture up against a large window overlooking the property. This lounge area sits directly outside of the second bedroom, expanding the bedroom.

The gorgeous modern kitchen has stunning granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, and an unobstructed view of the ocean. The kitchen features a coffee maker and a Keurig so you can brew a hot cup of coffee and enjoy it out on the patio. Reheat leftovers from the cafe down the street in the microwave or cook family meals on the top-of-the-line flat top stove. Ample counter space gives the chef of the family plenty of room to prepare meals for the family. The drawers are full of all of the kitchen gadgets you need to cook as you do at home.

The beautiful living room features a plush tan-colored sofa, two beach-inspired armchairs, island-themed artwork, and modern light fixtures. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors give guests in the living room easy access to the private patio. Families can binge-watch their favorite shows on the sleek flat-screen TV mounted on the wall.

The living room transitions effortlessly into the elegant dining area. Guests can sit in one of the four plush dining room chairs around the round, glass top coffee table and enjoy snacks, cocktails, or a family-style dinner together.

For guests who want to experience the beachfront lifestyle like a local, there is no better place to be than outside on this expansive waterfront balcony. This private space features high-end outdoor lounge furniture for a comfortable place to sit and enjoy a coffee in the morning. The views from this private balcony are unbeatable, and a perfect place for a family photo.

This luxury apartment has two beautiful bedrooms. The master suite features beautifully tiled floors, high ceilings, and an ultra-comfortable King-size bed. This bedroom has private access out to the balcony via floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. Guests have access to all of the community amenities, including the community pool, tennis courts, outdoor kitchen, and fitness area.
