This beautiful historic 5 bedroom , 4 1/2 bath spacious home is located on the island of Jamestown. It has a formal dining room, sunroom/office and living space that overlooks a public golf course. Walking distance to town, restaurants, night life, marina, and ferry service to Newport in summer. There are 3 en-suite bedrooms , w a bedroom located on the first floor. 2 additional bedrooms w/ 2 twin beds located on 2nd floor. Outside space includes patio, grilling area, and a large back yard.

The space
This property is spacious both inside and out. A formal dining room, and large living room provide plenty of room for guests to relax. There is also an outdoor grilling area with bluestone patio and outdoor seating. The sunroom on south end of house provides additional interior common space for all to enjoy. This room also works very well for a home office. The queen size bed and private bath on first floor is helpful for people who would rather not clime stairs. Monthly discounts available.
