The space

We're near Lake Champlain. It's a basement suite with its own entrance, so you can be assured of privacy. The suite can sleep five-- we have a king-size bed in one bedroom, a full-size bed in the other, and there is a pull-out couch in the living room. The bedrooms have big windows and are quite sunny. The suite also has a large living room, a full bathroom, and a kitchen with microwave (but no stove). We're equipped Wi-Fi internet and TV you can watch Netflix YouTube .

We are about a 20-minute walk from North Beach, and 5 minutes from the Burlington bike path, which runs along the lakeshore. We have bikes you can borrow, if you like. My husband and I both work days, full time, so we would like you to check in after 4:30 p.m., if possible. If this is not possible give us a call and we'll figure something out. Small dogs are okay-- I love animals.

There will be an extra charge of $25 per person per night if there are more than two people in your group (not counting babies).

The Burlington bike path is beautiful, the lake and mountains will give you wonderful memories. It's a 20 minute bike ride from my house to Church Street and the waterfront at the foot of Main Street and you can explore downtown Burlington, enjoy good food and lots of activities.
