  • Nathan's apartment was clean, true to the photos, and in a great location. He was super helpful with directions and check-in.

  • Nathan's place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. My friends and I had a great stay- and it was so close to everything! Thanks, Nathan!

  • We had a great stay at Nathan's place this past weekend. It's conveniently located in downtown Atlanta and is about ten minutes or less from just about everything. Being so central was great! There's a Publix right down the road too.

The place is nice and well furnished. We had an extra car with us so we were able to find parking on the street in addition to the parking garage spot Nathan provided.

  • Nathan's condo was great and well decorated. The location is great and very close to the downtown hotspots.

  • Nathan was very fast to respond to all communication via airbnb and text.
The place was clean and exactly as described.
I stayed in the main bedroom. The bed in the second bedroom is a sofabed and isn't as comfortable and has a hard beam going down the middle from top to bottom. Small too - probably OK for 2 kids... keep this in mind if there are 4 adults planning on staying here.
    Very comfortable living area.
Quiet - so great to relax after a long day at work!
Nathan was also responsive during my stay, regarding any questions or issues I had.
    Would definitely stay again. Thanks.

  • Let me start by saying that Nathan's apartment is very well decorated and
ascetically pleasing (although it hadn't been swept). In all however, this
was the worst travel experience I've had. To start, Nathan is not very
communicative and does not seem to have an interest in finding solutions to
issues; rather, he places blame. I think the main issue stems from Nathan's
failure to provide relevant information to his confirmed guests. Since he
doesn't list a check-in time, this emerged as the first of several issues.
After acknowledging my requested check-in time, he suddenly changed it
without confirming with me so I was left disoriented and confused upon my
arrival. He blamed me for the miscommunication and challenged my attempt to
find a solution. I concede that perhaps I could have recognized that his
"in-passing" statement was actually a move to change my arrival time
altogether but I didn't. When we discovered the issue however, I would have
appreciated if he had been more receptive to my attempt at a mature and
professional resolution, instead of playing some futile blame game.

Nathan'a failure to provide adequate information upfront proved to be
troublesome yet again when my rental car was towed (see Rebekah's review
for a similar situation). Instead of meeting me as he said he would, Nathan
verbally provided me with directions on how to get to the garage, a parking
assignment (which was different than what he originally told me), the
access code to the complex, and his actual apartment number (which was like
going through a maze to find). Annoyingly, none of this information was
provided in the confirmation so I could not even look back to confirm
anything. After day 2 of parking in the "updated" space, I discovered that
my car was missing. I was already on the phone with Nathan at the time
(because the shower rod collapsed and there was a giant cockroach in the
apartment), so I expected my host to help me. Instead, in this tense and
unnerving situation, Nathan proceeded to tell me that I shouldn't have
parked in the wrong space and he wouldn't drive me to the impound or help
me pay the fees to get my car back. Stranded, confused and frustrated,
Nathan didn't even provide me with a cab number. Instead of being an
exciting time exploring Atlanta, I was infuriated that my car had been
towed, disappointed by his lack of helpfulness, and grossed out by the
dusty apartment and bugs. Overall, I was stressed and would not recommend
Nathan to anyone who wishes to enjoy their trip to Atlanta.

  • Nathan was very easy to deal with and even accommodated a request for a later check out due to us being so exhausted from our travels. The place was not only clean, but well-decorated.
