This charming modern adobe space is located in the beautiful Mesilla valley. The character is true New Mexico - from the high viga ceilings, to Talavera tile in kitchen and bathroom. Set in the middle of pecan orchards. Peaceful and very quiet. You'll feel right at home! By the way, this casita is NOT pet friendly.

The space
Located on a non-paved road off the beaten path, it is a perfect location for long walks beside the many pecan orchards . Neighborhood is very safe. Prior to your arrival, for your health and safety, a deep cleaning of the casita takes place.

Peaceful. Many pecan trees surrounding the property. You will hear many birds, possibly our neighborhood peacock. If you are lucky a road runner may cross your path.

We love New Mexico and all that Mesilla has to offer - from the real New Mexican cuisine, to the local classic movie theater, wine bar, and weekend arts and crafts at Mesilla square. We enjoy participating in New Mexico State University activities such as attending baseball and basketball games and wonderful symphony concerts. Our home is connected but separate from the private studio which has it's own separate entrance. We are within walking distance to Mesilla Village. Taking long walks along the pecan orchard roads, which surround the house, is a great way to start the day. This is a very peaceful and relaxing environment that we love to share.
