My girlfriend and I ventured to Tahoe for a quick weekend retreet in hopes to get some last minute snowboarding in. We saw Tricia's "Pioneer Bungalow" found it was perfect. The spot is very clean and has a very private feel to it. Tricia was great and responded to our questions quicker then I could type them up. The location was also able to accomodate our 10 pm arrival time. The Lake, CVS, Safeway, Coffee Connexion (nice local coffee spot), rental services, are all within walking distances (7 minutes according to (website hidden)). Its really a perfect spot any time of the year and I would definitely like to come back.
What a wonderful Tahoe Bungalow! It was exactly how the pictures portrayed and more! Very clean, AMAZING kitchen, cozy bedroom, and great living room space for relaxing after a day of adventure around the lake. We were SO CLOSE to downtown and were able to walk down for our morning coffee and breakfast on the lake. Tricia and her family were so sweet. I would definitely recommend the Tahoe bungalow and have already told my friends and family all about it! Can't wait to come back for our next trip!
Fantastic little cabin getaway in a great location, with easy access by car or foot to anything we needed. We had complete privacy and loved using the kitchen. Perfect!
We loved our stay in Tricia's guest cabin. It was comfortable, spacious enough, and stocked with all of the essentials we needed. It was just a short drive to the mountains and it was easy to walk to town for dinner, drinks, or anything else we needed. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.
This small apartment is in a great location. I loved the kitchen!
We had a lovely stay in Tricia's place. It's an adorable home with everything we needed. Tricia warmly welcomed us and gave us as much privacy as she could throughout the whole stay. The location was premium, you can walk to all the good restaurants around in 5 mins. The lake is also in 5 mins walking distance. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone who is visiting North Lake Tahoe.
Even without snow we had a great weekend at Tricia's cottage in Tahoe City! The location is great, and the 1 BR cottage is perfectly appointed for a couple sharing a getaway weekend. We will be back!
We had a perfect stay at Tricia's cabin in Tahoe City! It is clean, comfortable, cosy and had everything we needed! A short stroll to the lake and restaurants in town and a short drive to ski fields, such as Squaw Valley!
It was always easy to get in contact with Tricia, and even though her and her family were next door, we felt as though we were in our own private sanctuary!
Thank you again for having us!
Perfect little cabin in the best location!
The cabin was small, but cozy with everything one needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal and the rental was very clean. The bungalow is two blocks from the lake and downtown Tahoe City. We rented bikes at Olympic Bike Rentals and rode to Squaw and along the west shore of the lake. The next day we hiked the Tahoe Rim Trail, where there is a trail head a few blocks from the house. The views were spectacular!
The hosts were nearby and helpful, but respected our privacy. Loved being able to make coffee each morning and had a wonderful meal at Christy Hill. I would highly recommend staying here!
We had a great stay in this nice little cabin that is nestled in a quiet nook of Tahoe City. Everything is close by - the lake, breakfast spots, trails for hiking and biking, shops, bike/ski hire. Everything. The cabin is kitted out with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The cable TV option allows you to chill out on the couch with a glass of red (as we did!) and Tricia and her family are very warm and amenable. I would definitely go back to Tahoe City for round 2.
