- Absolutely no smoking allowed inside the home due to allergies and for future guests. A fee of at least $500 will be charged for any smoking residue or smell found inside our home following your stay.
- No music outside or with windows open after quiet hours (10pm to 7am).
- Parking should not exceed 4 vehicles in total in the driveway and/or on the street.
- We welcome pets with prior approval at a $150 non-refundable pet fee per stay. Unauthorized or undisclosed pets will incur a $250 fee per pet.
- We live in family friendly neighborhood—any noise disturbance during quiet hours is subject to a $500 fine.
NOTE: By booking this reservation, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of outdoor maintenance or utility crews, including landscaping, being onsite during your stay. If access to the interior of the home is needed, you will always receive a notice prior. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. **Please note during winter months, betweenDec-March. Adirondack chairs are stored away under deck. You're more than welcome to use them, wether permitting.
