Staying at Rico's loft was one of the coolest living experiences of my life. My friend and I rented the whole place for about a month while we had work/internships in New York for the summer and the place suited us great. The loft is huuuuge and decorated in a really unique way. Every day we'd notice something different. In addition to the large common areas, the place has two bedrooms with lofted beds and very comfortable mattresses. One of the rooms even has a tv/vcr with a huge VHS collection. The point is, staying at Rico's place is both very comfortable, incredibly interesting, and an experience you won't forget. Rico was an excellent host who always quickly responded to any questions we had. If you have the opportunity, STAY AT THIS PLACE!

Magical loft with alcove spaces that make it perfect for three or more people. Neighborhood has fantastic food. Rico was very communicative and sweet.

My partner and I stayed with two friends in Rico's loft and had a great time. Rico had great recommendations for restaurants and things to do, the loft is close to groceries and the subway, and there are lots of places to eat nearby (try Tutu's for brunch, 983 Bushwick's Living Room for dinner, and Roberta's for fantastic pizza). The loft lives up to its "amazing" billing - there's a boggling amount of interesting art and artifacts, and the kitties were an extra bonus. A real Brooklyn experience!

Our host made us feel very welcomed - he kindly let us drink some beers and kept on checking if we were doing well over the course of the few days. The place is super arty, full of stories and is a real little jewel.

My family and I stayed at Rico's loft for two weeks and it was perfect! Four of us slept there comfortably, with three double beds and one single. We also really enjoyed the communal space with sofas and a large dining room table, plenty of room for us to relax together. I loved his two cats, and all his beautiful pictures and paintings. My brother loved playing on the old chord organ, a very unique sound. His space is in a great location, I would definitely stay there again!
