Eccentric 2nd story apartment, with that cozy, home away from home feel. Private and inviting outdoor balcony. Large backyard with plenty of run around room. Fire pit with surround seating. Both charcoal and propane grills are available for the grill master in your life. Restaurants and bars within walking distance (2 blocks) that offer shuttle service. Exceptionally close to Miller Park (AmFam stadium) and the medical college (Froedtert)(MCW). Minutes from downtown Milwaukee and State Fair.

The space
1 bedroom upper unit, with a full bathroom, dining room, kitchen, small office and living room. Bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room offers a full size futon. Clean blankets, sheets, pillows, towels and washcloths are provided. As well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The kitchen offers all the needed essentials for preparing meals. Dining area can seat 4. Extra chairs available.

On site parking available for one vehicle.

Guests access through the back. There is a keypad lock for entry, which will be noted before check in. Once you are in, there are a set of stairs that will lead you up to the apartment. That door will have the same code for entry.
