A sea front apartment newly renovated to make your stay an enjoyable one. It being on third floor, you can find breathtaking and unobstructed sea views when in the living area, on the spacious balcony, or on the roof. The promenade by the seafront is also tempting for an early jog or relaxing stroll in the evening. Having a sea front own part of roof offers the facility for sun bathing and bbq whilst still in the flat.
This apartment, comprises a combined kitchen, living and dining overlooking the sea. It, being a sea front flat, boasts 3 double bed rooms (having 1 double bed, and 4 single beds) and 2 bath rooms (one of which is an ensuite bathroom). Since bedrooms are spacious an additional sofa-bed is available in the double bedroom, and one L-shaped sofa (found in the living room) can be turned into a very comfortable double bed. Two bed rooms have an air conditioning system. Fans and heaters can also be used as an alternative and these are freely provided. The main bathroom is spacious and contains a bath and also has a washine machine.
The apartment consists of all the required kitchen ware, bed linen, towels and also has an oven, microwave, burners, fridge-freezer, water heater, air conditioning, fans and heaters. The balcony also has outside wooden furniture which provides for a very relaxing atmosphere when deciding to stay in the flat or when eating lunch outside. Clothes may be hanged on the roof or else on a portable clothes airer in the balcony (provided). The living room also has a 32'' flat screen with satellite programs. Bbq set and deck chairs for sun bathing on the roof will also be provided freely upon request.
You can enjoy all this in a quiet neighborhood whilst hearing the very relaxing sound of sea waves. All this while you will be minutes away from the center of Marsascala, where you can find the church, several shops, restaurants, bars, children playing areas, etc.
Transport can be arranged by taxi, or by public transport. Bus stops can be found in the vicinity of the apartment. One may decide to swim in the rocky bay just in front of the flat or else make use of the other sandy bay in Marsaskala. A public swimming pool is available 3 minutes away from the flat. 5 star scuba diving facilities are available 5 minutes away from the flat.
This flat can be described as offering a mixture of both worlds. Being in a very quiet neighborhood makes the flat by default relaxing however it is close enough to the center activity and hence offers ease of access.

1. No loud music or noise at night, as a respect to the neighbors.
2. Internet is only used for surfing sites, readin(website hidden) etc. Downloading data should be limited. Extra Charges at normal internet company rates is required if download exceeds 1gb daily.
3. Limit for water and electricity is 8units of Electricity and 0.3m cubed of water. This is already considered as very high on average consumption, but if they are exceeded, charges at the local base rates are charged. visit (website hidden) for charge rates
Although the apartment is listed as non-smoking, smoking is permitted in the balcony and on the roof. Ashtrays are available.
The price includes cleaning before entering into accommodation and after leaving, however additional cleaning requests will be considered against a fee which will be agreed.
