WE SPEAK SPANISH, ITALIAN, ENGLISH, FRENCH AND A LITTLE BIT OF PORTUGUESE
We are a multicultural, friendly, a bit crazy and noisy family, but very hospitable!!! We love to share life moments with our hosts, to tell them about our city and our culture(s) and to learn from them about their culture and their places of origin.
As I like to say: we travel in the opposite sense: instead of "going" to different places in the world, the "world" comes to me from different places!!!
This is what I enjoy the most from this exchanges.
I also love when we "make the difference" for my hosts, and believe me that you - future host - can also make the difference for us!!!!!
It's fantastic to have new friends all over the world, to keep in touch with them, this opens our mind – specially our children minds - a lot!!!!
So, come and enjoy the multi-faceted experience of visiting this astonishing city, living in a trendy purely roman neighborhood, in the context of a multicultural and friendly family.
We are willing to share with you our love for this city and for the people of all the world.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Small animals are admitted if they are quiet.
We don't ask money caution but expect from our guests to respect the house and anything contained in it.
Isidora è una persona molto disponibile, gentile ed è stato piacevole conversare con lei.
l'appartamento è piccolo e carino, comodossimo per 3/4 persone, con tutti i servizi
Our stay with Isidora and her family was excellent! My friend and I stayed for 3 nights and Isidora made us feel right at home- she even provided breakfast food for us! The space does not have air conditioning, which with the Rome heat could be bad, but we were provided two fans which kept us cool at night! The metro C line is definitely the mode of transportation to take- a safe walk from the apartment and about 30 minutes into the city center! The restaurant that Isidora recommended to us was GREAT- we went twice in our short stay! We definitely recommend the gnocchi!
My friends and I had an amazing experience while staying here and being hosted by Irene! She was an amazing host and was always recommending great places to go. She also had information to rival an experienced tour guide :)
The studio in which we stayed in was great. Just know that your are going to have to be good friends if staying with others because you will be close. There was a double and a single bed upstairs and couch that expanded into a double on the ground floor. Irene was amazing and got us some stuff for breakfast. A life saver for us being that we were incredibly tired and didn't have the energy to go out after we got there.
It just so happened that we went to Rome during the hottest summer they have had in many years. But because of Irene and having a great place to stay, we were able to see many sights and have a wonderful time.
Our stay was very pleasent! Irene was very sweet, she had great recommendations, was very friendly and really made us feel at home. I would strongly recommand! The metro was 5 min away, and the flat was as described, a really great place :)
Irene went above and beyond, she was a great host and i would totally recommend her. The place was clean and well kept...plenty of room for 4 females with lots of luggage. We were also welcomed to use the patio area. There are plenty of restaurants, markets and laundry/dry cleaners within walking distance. The best part of this place is having Irene! She was invaluable to our stay.. she had many recommendations and knowledge to share. She gave us advise on how to get to places, what times to go, what to see, where to eat etc. Also, there is a family restaurant 2 min away that she took us to on our 1st nite and it was the best food we had and the cheapest during our 10day stay. Irene thank you so much for all of your help. Also my best regards to your family! I hope to see you again in the future!
The listing was very accurate, and the host made us feel incredibly welcome. She was unbelievably helpful in providing us with tips on how to get around the city, helping us find restaurants, sim cards etc. She even motored me around on her scooter right when we arrived to show us around the place. We feel we've both made a friend in Irine (spelling...)
