A typical cottage in the heart of Tuscany with a swimming- pool and all the expected facilities perfectly matching with the wonderful view, is expecting you.
Tuscany, Maremma, Saturnia, is only a few steps from Terme SpA quite near to the golf courses. The cottage "Fontenuova"welcomes you, surrounded by nature with its incomparable beauty, characterized by a hilly landscape full of oaks, wheat fields, vineyards, olive groves and woods. All that is situated in a beautiful and unique panoramic position.

Hospitality is offered in the stone cottage “Fontenuova” which is completely restored and fully-equipped with the needed facilities, inserted into an organic farm of 25 hectares, crossed by the river Albenga and the ancient Roman road "Via clodia." Coming from the parking lot to the higher level of the house, guests can have a bird view of Roman ruins.
The cottage has a small porch which guides to the main door. Inside the house there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a suite with double bed with a bath and on the loft there are two beds. The kitchen is fully-equipped and the living room is spacious. All the rooms are light and with charming country atmosphere. The guests are offered lobbies, a fire-place, a dining room. Within the house there is also a small apartment . It has separate entrance with a double bed and a single bed,a living room with a sofa, a small kitchen and two bathrooms with a shower. All of this is situable for 12 people.
In the grassy area in front of the cottage there is a BBQ area with a sink and rustic table with benches a garden and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine. On the opposite side of the house there is another furnished porch and closed by a sliding glass door that, in the cooler months, it becomes a quiet living room overlooking the beautiful wooded valley. It makes all this property available the whole year round.

The cottage "Fontenuova" offers, a holiday of nature, culture and health, for all seasons and for all ages. It is nested on a hillside. The house comes with a nice architecture, surrounded by a garden and a terrace, with lush vegetation and stanning views. The swimming pool has an unusual shape and suits perfectly to the magnificent landscape.
Our guests can buy our own chickens and poultry products or can choose from our own wine and olive oil.
The house is located in a very quiet rural area, despite being close to the ancient walls of the town of Saturnia, with the advantage of having all the services at hand. The cottage is on a walking distance - around 600 meters from the main road. Guests can get to the center of Saturnia passing through meandering charming streets surrounded by picturesque views along the green banks of the gorgeous rocky river Albenga. Together with the diverse flora, the guests can discover wide range of of unique representative of the animals and birds, such as: pheasants, porcupines, wild boars and spotted buzzards and herons, etc.
