About this listing
Some of us have multiple meetings throughout Silicon Valley and San Francisco. Wouldn't it make sense to make one reservation? I have over 10 locations from SF down to San Jose.
Tell me more about your situation and how I can help.
Any HackerHome location (under my profile).
Usually a home has 4 bedrooms and all bathrooms are shared.
All utilities are included and free WIFI.
Clean linens/bedding are provided + a fresh towel.
Why would someone say light cooking? Home prepped meals really warms up the house and it's encouraged.
Interaction with Guests
It's a house full of people & different schedules. So please use ear plugs if necessary. If you're a light sleeper or can't sleep on a single mattress, this may not be the right place for you.
We are a very communal/respectful group and strive to provide space for everyone to work and hangout. Remember that work, musical instruments and books take precedence over the television.
Other Things to Note
More than one suitcase? Consult with me prior to making your reservation.
Respectful Housing for Women
Females in a separate room. If you'd like to stay in the girls' room, please check with me on availability before reserving. If you don't have a preference, then just make your reservation.
The Airbnb cleaning fee is to make sure you have a clean bed upon arrival and not to clean up after you. All spaces are shared, so please be mindful of picking up after yourself. If you're a longer term guest, remember to use one bath towel and wash it with your own load of laundry.

Quiet time after 10:30pm
We Prefer That You
be respectful of the space and to fellow housemates
clean up after yourself by making your bed and washing your dishes
have an optimistic outlook and laugh a lot =D
Vic was prompt (always responding within minutes), clear with directions, and supportive of communities at the Hackerhouse. Living in the Lower Haight with a fantastic location was perfect, made only better by the other housemates. Things were generally quiet at night, and always respectful. I would stay with the Hackerhome network again!
Staying at Vic's place was great. I was in vacations in SF and the place was good for everything I needed. Bus close to location, beach a few blocks away, place was clean, just as shown in the pictures. Neighborhood is very safe and quiet. It had wash machine and dryer which was a plus. Vics response was always VERY fast.
The only cons I'd say is that there was no quiet time 10:30pm. After 10:30pm I could listen to people speak loud and TV loud as well in the living room. It bothered me, but since I was in vacations and did not have a schedule it wasn't a great deal.
Thank you for this great experience. I only stayed a few days but felt very welcomed by Brandy and all the other guys staying there. The place was tidy, clean and in a secure area close to the beautiful seaside. If I'd ever come back to San Francisco I would stay in this place again.
I loved the hacker home, everyone was very nice and helpful. Get to meet a lot of interesting people/travelers. The house is very clean (impressive considering how many people are sharing this house), organized, with plenty of places to work on your computer if you want. Vic actually let me stay at the other Hacker Home on Haight, and it was a really great location. Such an awesome thing for him to do! He even invited everyone over for dinner one day. I didn't get to go, but I wish I could've.
