This is a fully furnished unit; you can wash clothes and cook any food you like.
This is also the best for long-term and short-term tenants, as it is near necessary establishments such as malls, hospitals, churches, and public markets. You can also enjoy the amenities of the property, which are a swimming pool and a fitness gym.
The space
This is a fully furnished unit equipped with cooking materials and equipment in which you can cook your desired food and a washer area where you can wash your clothes and sheets. The Unit also comes with a 55 inches Smart TV with a ready to use free Netflix account, in the Living Area, and a 50mbps WiFi, which are great for entertainment. It has a balcony with a superb ocean view that makes you feel at ease. The bathroom also has a water heater, which you can use when you want warm or hot water.

- Pool is open from 6AM to 9PM except THURSDAY.
- NO PETS ALLOWED inside unit
- Only 6 guests are welcome regardless of age.
- Check in time: 2:00 PM
- Check out Time 11:00 AM
- Early check in fee is 300Php/hour (maximum of 4 hours) if it exceeds that is equivalent of one-night stay to be paid in cash (just put it inside the box)
- Late checkout is 300Php/hour (maximum of 4 hours) if it exceeds that is equivalent of one-night stay to be paid in cash (just put it inside the box)
Upon checking out...
- Please unplug/turn off all the appliances and lights
- You may just check out on your own on or before 11AM. Just make sure to lock the door and put the key back in the key storage.
NOTE:
- In the event of consumption overuse, we will charge additional fees in excess of the usual bill.
Tip: Just use the electricity and water wisely and economically to avoid penalties.
- Throw your garbage at the upper ground floor (in the parking area, near the entrance stairs)
- Visitors are not allowed to stay(sleep) inside the unit. If caught, there will be a penalty of 500Php.
