The Lodge at Lake Dillon is a SMOKE FREE COMMUNITY. NO SMOKING, NO VAPING anywhere indoors or outdoors anywhere on premises per HOA. We ask our guests to be good neighbors and refrain from smoking.

This Property has too many perks to list! Two bathrooms, two queen beds; 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the sunroom adjacent to the living area for those of you who like to wake up to a view of the lake! Well lit dedicated workspace , well stocked kitchen with wood cabinets and solid surface countertops, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven combo, center island seating for 4, private balcony with table, four chairs, and Webber bbq natural gas grill, as well as a spacious living room including beyond comfortable oversized leather couch, swivel chairs, ottomans, and even a gas fireplace!
The Lodge at Lake Dillon is amenity rich and home to a fully renovated outdoor pool so guests can cool off after a day filled with mountain lifestyle adventures (POOL ONLY SEASONALLY), closing October 1 , 2025 for winter. Typically open by Memorial Day weekend), an indoor spa room which includes a dry sauna and a hot tub open year round so guests can relax after a long day on the slopes.
Our kitchen is FULLY STOCKED! Including the extras like: Reusable picnic plates and cups to dine on our private balcony or pool side, grill tools, a blender, electric mixer, and plenty of high quality bake ware, cookware, and dishes for serving and dining.
We also supply our guests with a coffee maker, filters, ground coffee, sugar, as well as powdered creamer. We have a water filter pitcher in the refrigerator as well as ice maker in the freezer!
Both of our bathrooms are stocked with the essentials along with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, & lotion for your convenience. We supply guests with 4 bath towels, wash cloths, and we even provide each guest with a beach towel to take to the pool (see notes on seasonality above), hot tub, or sauna.
Our condo complex is well kept thanks to our full time on-site property manager and dedicated HOA board.
NO PETS! Our HOA has a rule that ONLY condo owners are allowed to have pets on premises.

Guest access
Our guests will have access to the entire private lakeside condo. Your condo will not be shared with anyone else during your stay. You will also have access to guest amenities. Coin laundry is also available on site.
Other things to note
PARKING - Your condo rental with us comes with 2 unassigned parking spots for 'normal' sized vehicles that can fit into a single parking space. No RVs, Trailers, No OHVs, No oversized vehicles.
All Guests MUST REGISTER THEIR VEHICLES(s) including your license plate number on the clipboard to the right of the elevator. Failure to do so or failure to provide complete information could result in your vehicle being towed at your expense.
Please reach out to us, your hosts, if abiding by these parking rules are troublesome or don’t accommodate your needs. We have some alternate parking tips/suggestions we can share.
Pay laundry available on site, ground level. Open 8am-10pm. Your laundry will likely get locked in this room if it’s in this space after these hours. Currently $2/load to wash and $2 to dry. Quarters only, bring your own. There is some detergent under our bathroom sink our guests can use free of charge if they would like thanks to a previous guest leaving it behind.
This is NOT a party complex. The HOA has strict rules including; 10p-8a quiet hours, no guest pets allowed (only owners), and Smoke & Vape FREE property. This includes no smoking or vaping anywhere indoors or outdoors on premises. If you’re looking for a place to party late night this complex is more than likely not a good fit for your stay. The good news is Elevation Bowl is only a couple of blocks away and typically stays open in-season (both summer and winter) until 1a on Fridays and Saturday nights and 11p on weekday nights. OR hop on the free Summit Stage bus, with a stop located steps from our condo's parking lot, to catch some live music at The Snake River Saloon in Keystone...only a few bus stops away!!!
The POOL is outdoors, heated, and only open seasonally, typically late spring to mid fall, but only guaranteed between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend.
Our on-site property manager does everything possible to keep the property and amenities in tip-top shape. There can be times when the pool and or hot tub/sauna will need to be closed without notice due for guest safety (chemicals out of balance, mechanical issues, etc). Please note that this is completely out of anyone's control and the nature of any properly cared for aquatics facility.
NON-TOXIC & EARTH FRIENDLY: We strive to find balance between clean and sanitary alongside non-toxic earth friendly products whenever possible.
Laundry Detergent - Always 'free and clear' type products. No softeners or dryer sheets. Hand Soap and All Purpose Cleaner - BLUELAND brand. Shampoo/Conditioner - Always without sulfites, parabens, & dyes. We only clean with harsher chemicals such as Chlorox wipes on high touch surfaces (remotes, switches, etc) and when cleaning the toilets.
