This quaint country motel is located centrally next to Lake Blue Ridge, the Toccoa River & a 5-10 minute drive into the town of Blue Ridge, GA. We are surrounded by stunning 360 views of the Blue Ridge mountains & the beautiful North Georgia nature.

We are a family-run business that offers small accommodation short & long term stays, friendly customer service, clean rooms & a safe, peaceful environment.

Guest access
This room is accessible from the rear of the building with a flat ground level entrance or the front using stairs. Parking is located free of charge in the rear of the building.
A hard copy key will be available inside of the room for you.
Other things to note
Strict Property Rules & Fines:
- This is a pet-free room. There will be a $150 fine for any additional unauthorized pets.
- This is a non-smoking room & property. There will be a $150 fine for breaking this rule.
- Minimum age requirement to rent: 21 yrs. There will be a $150 fine for breaching this rule due to liability reasons.
- Discharge of firm arms, uncontained fires, use of fireworks & all other activities which create a threat to the health, safety, or welfare of other residents.
- No large parties & commercial events*
- Quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM*
- Maximum occupancy rate: 2 people*
- Guests are subject to covering the costs of any broken, damaged or stolen items.
- Check In: 3:00 PM, Check Out: 10:00 AM.
*Failure to comply is a violation of Fannin County Ordinance No.2023-10-24.
Understanding the Extra Fees & Charges:
- Nightly Rates: our management team adjusts & sets the nightly rates.
- Cleaning Fee: guests are only charged a portion of the full cleaning cost. There will be an excessive clean rate of $25/hr charged to the guest for any cleans that take beyond 2 hours.
- Occupancy Taxes & Fees: these are taxes and fees withheld from us by the state of Georgia & Fannin County. These costs are beyond our control.
