The space
The space:
Our home is perfectly situated to offer the best of Pavones, just a 7 minute walk to the renowned Pavones surf break or a 5 minute drive to the local shops, restaurants and cafes. *Newly updated concrete driveway.

Our home features:

Four Spacious Bedrooms: Style and comfort with top of the line mattresses, linen and spacious wardrobes.
There are two large main bedrooms both with king beds and ensuites and two other rooms with queen beds which share a bathroom complete with double sinks, shower and bath.
There is also a separate powder room with toilet off the living area.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare your favorite meals in our spacious kitchen, stocked with all necessary appliances and utensils (blender, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, toaster oven etc).

Infinity Swimming Pool: Dive into our stunning pool offering panoramic views of the ocean or lay on the sun lounges under the shade of the umbrellas. A new pool ladder has been added for easy access.

Yoga/Wellness Space: Unwind and rejuvenate in our dedicated yoga and wellness space, perfect for your daily practices featuring an ice bath and surfboard storage rack.

Our home is perfectly situated to offer the best of Pavones. You’ll be just a short drive away from local shops, restaurants, and, of course, the famous Pavones surf break.

It is a safe area and we have 24hr caretaker in the property, but we highly encourage you to lock the house and not leave any valuables outside while you are not there.

Also, while surfing do not leave any valuables in the car or at the beach.
