Beautiful villa with garden, surrounded by olive trees and equipped with all the comforts to comfortably accommodate 2 people, including parking and a patio equipped with barbecue for eating and enjoying pleasant moments of relaxation. The house is immersed in the peaceful countryside of Ostuni, a 10-minute drive from the center and 20 minutes by car from the sea.
The position is also perfect for reaching the other unmissable places in the area such as Fasano, Alberobello and Locorotondo.

The space
The 75 m2 villa, with independent entrance, has a large garden with barbecue and covered patio equipped with sofas, table and chairs.

The internal space is made up as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, traditional oven and microwave
- Living room with dining table, split A/C, sofa and TV
- Bedroom with double bed and chest of drawers
