Interaction with Guests
I like to interact with my guests as much or as little as they would like. I am always available (24/7) to answer questions via email, text, or phone, and I enjoy meeting many of my guests. However, I am also very respectful, and allow my guests to determine how much interaction they would like to have. Ever since I setup automatic door locks, there are some guests that I have not ever met in person. Whatever works best for the guest, works fine for me.
I love that the downtown neighborhood is so vibrant, and provides the ability to walk to the best restaurants, bars, shopping, and nightlife in Austin. The Railyard is in a unique location that is hard to beat. I also appreciate the convenient access to Town Lake for hiking and biking trails, among other things.
In addition to the Airport Flyer that I already mentioned, there are also pedicabs, taxi cabs, light rail, horse-drawn carriages, limousines, and other forms of public transportation within a block that can be easily accessed.
Other Things to Note
If you are interested in hosting an even larger group, please note that I own and manage a large number of units in the same building complex, as well as some nearby houses. I am happy to host large groups for weddings, convention center trade shows, and other events in Austin.
Check-in is 3pm. Check-out is 11am. These times can be flexible (when possible), but we will need to communicate in advance so we can plan accordingly.
All guests must abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the condominium complex pertaining to noise, trash, and smoking violations, etc. Any fines incurred will be the responsibility of the tenant. Be advised that noise violations start at $250 per occurrence. These fines can be assessed by the HOA without warning, however, we have never heard of a warning not being issued by a neighbor in advance. If somebody asks you to keep it down, please immediately accommodate them. If a fine is assessed, it will be deducted from your security deposit.
Please do not smoke or leave trash outside of the unit in the common areas. Please do not smoke in the unit or an additional cleaning fee will be charged. If you choose to use the alarm system, please be aware that any false alarms that are created (sending for police and the fire department), will be a assessed per occurrence.
Although we are animal lovers, pets are strictly prohibited. Please respect this rule or risk forfeiting the security deposit and any fees for damage.
A welcome email will be provided after your reservation is confirmed with all of the details for your stay, including your unique automatic door lock codes and assigned parking. We will also provide suggestions for local attractions, restaurants, bars, and much more.
Great location. The apartment is really close to the convention center and also convenient walking to the Congress Street Bridge, river walk and not too far from the State Capitol and University. Also, plenty of restaurants right there. Kitchen is well stocked and Keurig is great. Plenty of towels and so nice to have the washer/dryer. The city info Ryan gave us was really helpful.
Ryan was super Accommodating, great host, the apartment was a dream and the location was a great plus, definitely would stay here again
I visited Austin for professional reasons and the apartment proved to be a very convenient and relatively cheap solution for me. It is located in the heart of Austin, right next to downtown and 6th street where all the party goes on. The place is spacious and nicely decorated and the pool looks extremely nice although I didn't get the chance to use it due to the long hours I spent outside the apartment. Accessing the premises was very easy after taking bus 100 from the airport to town. Both doors to the condominium were code operated which made entering the building smooth and fast and my stay there stress-free since I didn't have to carry any keys around. I didn't meet face to face with any of the managers but they were kind enough to book me a taxi because my flight out of Austin was early in the morning. Recommended!
I actually did not get a chance to stay due to a last minute emergency, but my colleague stayed and thought Ryan was fine and easy to work with.
The host met us at the door and made sure we could get in okay. The space was accurately described in the listing. The beds were comfortable and the space was ran and bright. The location was perfect since we were walking to the convention center several times a day.
Place was as described and very convenient for getting around. Only a block and a half from Congress Ave. Awesome that a bus from the airport can bring you almost to the doorsteps. FYI, the fare is $1.75, and they do not give change. Many good eats nearby and dirty 6th St is only a couple short blocks up. Very easy to get in and out of the building and room as you just need to remember the codes. Everything inside worked - had no issues. All modern appliances. Beds were comfortable. We were fine with limited interaction with Ryan. We did ask for a late checkout, and he/mgmt responded immediately and said it was ok. Would definitely stay there again if I ever go back to Austin.

About the Host, Ryan
I have been in Austin since 1994. As much as I love the city, I also enjoy traveling and photographing vacation destinations and tourist attractions around the world. As a registered travel agent, I am able to work while I enjoy tours and activities in places like London, Paris, Rome, New York, San Francisco, and Hawaii, to name a few.
I have always wanted to own/operate a hotel. That has been a passion of mine since I was a child. For that reason, I enjoy having guests staying in my rental properties, and I want to provide so much more than just a place to stay. My goal is to create a memorable experience for my guests. I want my guests to know that not only does Austin deliver a good time, but that this home away from home is waiting for you. With my connections in the travel industry, and tenure in the city, I strive to provide a level of service you will not find with other rental managers.
Please feel free to ask as many questions as you like. I enjoy talking about Austin and the property, so I welcome you to communicate with me. I am here to help, and your good time is my priority.
