Very cool, rather minimalist and very large apartment. Warm (important for a February weekend) and clean with nice light. The place worked out very well for my husband and me on a getaway weekend. Eric was waiting for us at the front door when we arrived to let us in and give us instructions, advice on restaurants, cafes, neighborhoods, etc. All in all, it was a great experience!
Eric was extremely responsive and accomodating. The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-appointed with groovy furniture, appliances and conveniences, and it is located smack dab in a fantastic neighborhood close to numerous good food and cultural options. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Highly recommended.
Eric's apartment is perfectly located in Old City, Philadelphia. It's an easy walk to the local bars and shops as well as to Northern Liberties (another great Philly location). Eric was flexible in meeting us at the apartment - gave us a quick tour - and made himself available throughout the weekend.
The apartment was absolutely gorgeous - just as it looks in the photos. Definitely room for four to sleep if you use the pullout sofa. Very clean, very nice, very cozy.
Eric was very accommodating and easy to get a hold of. He allowed us to stay later than the check out time, which made our last day there a lot easier.
The space was much larger than it appeared in the pictures which was amazing! The furniture, which looked really nice, wasn't super comfortable. There were two bathrooms, which made our stay a lot easier since we had four people staying in the apartment. The locks on the bathroom doors didn't quite work without a lot of finagling, so we set a house rule for no one to enter the bathroom if the door was closed. One of the bathroom sinks was clogged and there weren't any hand towels. Also, there was a lack of dishes in the kitchen, so we had to do a bit of improvising when we had dinner.
Overall, it was an awesome space and we're glad we stayed there. It fit all of us really well. It could use some sprucing up and maybe a tv to make it a bit homier for longer stays. We would most likely stay there again if we came back to Philly because it was great price for the space and they were very accommodating.
This was my first time using this app and it was a FANTASTIC experience. Eric was incredibly prompt with his communication, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The space was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! The pictures most certainly do NOT do it justice. I highly recommend touring the space, if possible, so you can see exactly how fabulous it is. I will surely be interested in staying here again and will be recommending it to all of my friends.
My friends and I were staying in Philly for New Years' Eve and the apartment was exactly what we were looking for-- spacious, great kitchen, and enough to sleep 4. The apartment was exactly as described and depicted in the pictures. Eric was very friendly and gave us a couple recommendations for brunch. We enjoyed our stay!
Eric's apartment is incredibly nice and spacious. The location is great and Eric was very prompt for any of our needs.
