À magnificent loft to stay in. Pictures on the site do not pay justice enough. It is very vast with lots of light and in perfect condition. I highly recommend ! Communication with Eric was very easy
Eric was right on time and readily available with loads of information about the neighborhood and Philadelphia in general. The loft was clean, spacious and modern located in historic old city where everything was in walking distance. We could not ask for a better experience with both host and accommodations. Two thumbs up for.
The apartment was "perfect in every way" according to my new son-in-law and daughter who stayed there during their wedding weekend thanks to a group gift from a wedding shower. The apartment was super clean, beautifully appointed and spacious. "A nice home away from home" and "happy to share it" for a family party and wedding day bride preparation with friends. The neighborhood was close to the wedding venue and hair salon, great food for catering and shopping.
Excellent stay. The apartment is beautiful and modern yet super comfortable. We stayed for just a night, wish it could have been longer! We found the location perfect, centrally located on a pristine and historic street. Eric was quick to respond and had great recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Highly recommended, will stay again next time in town!
Eric was a great host.
The place was not the place we expected but it had great standards as well. He moved us to a different flat due to air conditioning problems on the original location.
We will definitively go to his place next time we are in Philly. Old City is the best neighborhood to stay in the city.
This is a GREAT loft! If you love being in beautiful modern spaces and being in the center of city life, this is a fabulous spot. We loved exploring Old City and being so close to so many historic sites and different neighborhoods. Eric is so wonderful. You'll have a great stay.
If you're OK with some stairs, the loft is even nicer than it looks in the pictures. Eric was an accommodating host who was willing to be flexible on our arrival time and offer us a parking spot at a good price.
