  • Eric was a wonderful host: welcoming, laid-back and knowledgable. And his dog is so cute!

  • We so enjoyed our stay with Eric in Old City, Philly. This was our first AirBnB experience and we're so glad it was with such an accommodating and interesting host. Eric shared his knowledge of the city with us, guided us to the best restaurants and things to do, and shared great stories with us about his own travels. His location is perfect for exploring the city, and I was able to walk each day the easy blocks to my show at the Convention Center. The neighborhood seemed safe and was lovely. We had a great time during our four-night stay. Thank you Eric (and pats to Luca)!!

  • We had such a great time in Philadelphia. Eric was the most wonderful and charismatic of hosts. He was always more than happy to share information about the neighbourhood, places to visit and restaurants to try out. His apartment was beautiful as well. Very clean, tidy and spacious. He even let us do a few lots of laundry which was very kind of him. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Eric. We miss your beautiful dog!

  • The room was really nice and big enough for 4 people to sleep comfortably ! The flat itself is just beautiful, Eric was very nice, helpful and flexible and it wasn't a problem for him that we were 4 hours too late, because we have missed our train. The dog was cute and friendly and we all enjoyed our stay! Eric gave us directions and some extra information and he provided us with maps and magazines! His place is highly recommended by all of us!

  • My friend and I were in Philly for 2 nights and Eric's place couldn't have been better for us! The location was great - it was within walking distance from all the old historic attraction sites - and the area was generally safe.

The room itself was spacious enough for both of us and the bed was really comfy too :) One note though, the room wasn't able to contain heat very well so it might get a little chilly during the winter nights.

All in all, a great place and we would love to stay at Eric's place again if we were to visit Philly in the future!
