Clean beautiful space, exceptionally responsive host. Was a great place to relax and unwind after a long flight. I had a really nice meal at the Italian place just down the block too - just to the left if your back is to the buildings.
This place was perfect., full of light, very modern it was in an excellent location. We rode bikes all over the city. Very clean and comfortable . Eric was very helpful and responsive. Only suggestion is more coffee cups and serving ware.
Great location - super comfy place - fabulous bathtub!!! Bring some bubble bath!! Host very helpful but you don't really need much. All very easy in and out.
Eric was absolutely amazing! He was quick to respond and point me in the right direction if I had any questions. He provided help whenever we asked for it. The loft, itself, was very nice and great for the price. It was in a perfect and safe location and right next to a Starbucks! This was amazing for those EARLY mornings for our conference. We were 2 blocks away from the Constitution Center and the historic parks and a 15 min walk to the convention center. Reading terminal market, City Hall, and a Macy's were all in walking distance. If you want to stay near the convention area in a wonderful place, but not pay outrageous hotel costs, this is definitely the place to stay!
The loft is very spacious, lots of sunlight - bright and airy. A very modern space with 1.5 bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen in my favorite part of the city. Eric was very helpful and even arranged parking for us. Will definitely recommend to everyone.
Eric was a friendly, responsive host who couldn't have done more to make us feel at home during our stay. The apartment was lovely and had a number of features, like a 2-person tub, that made our stay splendid. The option to pay for an onsite parking spot was a lovely opportunity at the end of our long drive to Philly. And even better the apartment is located within a lazy walk of many great restaurants, cafes, and bars.
Loft is huge, bright and airy. The location was wonderful for us, steps were a bit daunting as we are older (and I was recovering from a food poisoning in Gettysburg-so a bit weak) but it is what you have to expect in an historic building in Old City. Eric is very responsive to any questions or concerns and we really appreciated the dining suggestions.
