If you're OK with some stairs, the loft is even nicer than it looks in the pictures. Eric was an accommodating host who was willing to be flexible on our arrival time and offer us a parking spot at a good price.
I had a wonderful time- had a lovely bath in the terrific bathtub, great location, and Eric was so responsive and friendly. Thanks!
This experience exceeded our expectations. Eric was wonderful, personable and welcoming. The flat was beautiful, a perfect mix of charming and modern. The neighborhood was great and we could walk everywhere. I will recommend this place to everyone!
The space is large and fitted with nice furnishings. Very good location in the design district with shops. Eric was very good with flexible meet up arrangements. The three flights if steel narrow steps are tough if you've got a lot to carry or are not fit but that's the trade off with the character of these old places.
Eric was very communicative, helpful, and polite. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and modern. Would definitely stay here again. Beds were relatively comfortable. Perfect location to see the main sites. My only recommendation would be to bring your own pillow if you like support for your head, as his really deflate when pressed. All four of us felt the same. Other than that, great experience!
Eric was an extremely accommodating, responsive, and generous host. He met us immediately upon arrival at the loft, and he provided us with a huge list of his favorite restaurants and bars. After meeting us and learning a bit more about our tastes, he sent us a second list of even more restaurants, which he thought we might enjoy.
The space was just as described and pictured; it was stunningly beautiful and was very tidy and welcoming. The loft is in an amazing location itself, and is within walking distance of so many other wonderful neighborhoods as well. It was a joy to explore the area.
The apartment was huge and there was scads of space! The two bathrooms were a double bonus. Also, he's not lying when he says the couch bed is super duper comfortable. Beware the stairs to the apartment, as they are steep, but totally worth the climb. Host was very nice, even allowed me to drop my stuff off a few hours early.
