Eric was an awesome host. He met us at the front door as soon as we arrived and helped arrange a parking spot for us. The apartment itself is beautiful, with plenty of space and a nice kitchen. And the location is especially nice. The apartment is on a picturesque block in Old City. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
The apartment was very nice! It was very spacious but only had 2 beds. One read bed and another sofa bed. It was difficult though that there was no elevator. The location was great because it was close to all the historic landmarks. I would recommend this to tourists.
We had a wonderful time in Philadelphia. The apartment was spacious and 4 of us shared it comfortably. Eric was very helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend staying here!
The neighborhood here is awesome... lovely shops and restaurants on all surrounding blocks. Beautiful walking area.
The apartment is clean and nice. The hosts were kind and helpful.
Eric was an amazing host, he was very accommodating and helpful! The place itself was great, the pictures doesn't do it it justice, a must see in person! I had a wonderful stay.
Eric was a great host, his communication skills were great and he was very friendly. The space itself was amazing, I already thought it looked great in pictures but it was better than I expected.
Eric was available to help us up the stairs with our luggage & parked our car.
The loft was very comfortable.
