This charming beach house is centrally located within walking distance to downtown shops, the beach, iconic pier and restaurants. This family-friendly, 2 bedroom home has 5 beds, AC, wifi, a washer/dryer and so much more for you to enjoy a lovely beach vacation. The spacious backyard is equipped with a grill and picnic table for outdoor dining, fire pit for relaxing at night, large yard and plenty of parking. Beach accessories like coolers, a beach cart and chairs are available as well.

The space
The main entrance opens to a sunny sitting area, stocked with beach items. The main living area is all one floor, with a large living room equipped with plenty of seating, a sleeper-sofa and a tv with access to streaming services. The dining area has a large table for enjoying meals or playing games. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to cook meals at home, if desired. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full-over-full bunk bed that also has a single trundle bed. The unfinished basement is accessible and has the washer and dryer as well as some additional items like beach chairs, a cooler, and some baby items like a pack-n-play, swing and play saucer. There is large private backyard with plenty of parking and spacious grassy area to enjoy.
