The house and the room was nice and they made an effort to make sure my son felt welcome to chat and enjoy his time there.
I booked the accommodation for my brother-in-law and his partner so am unable to give the appropriate feedback. The only thing I can say that it was easy to book and the payment was also easily made.
Chris and Adam were very pleasant and attentive hosts, opening their house and kitchen to us. They provided plenty of useful information what to do on the island.
The room has a comfortable queen sized bed; TV and DVD player with heaps of good movies are available in the room.
Private bathroom next to room is great as is a terrific outdoor seating area, mozzy proof...
Adam and Chris were pleasant and welcoming hosts, opening their home like to old friends. We stayed 2 nights, so quiet, good sleep, clean bathroom - used their kitchen to prepare all our meals. Good balance between privacy and time together. Loved early mornings at the beach - good bird watching areas. Bribie Island is worth a visit!
We only stayed one night, but found that Christine and Adam were welcoming and friendly and gave us good advice about places to see on Bribie. A very quiet, peaceful spot, with a bedroom and bathroom that were clean and attractive and had everything we needed.
I arrived in the mid evening, and Adam made me feel welcome and showed me the facilities available, and was very hospitable.
The room and my own bathroom were clean and tidy, and had a good TV in my room. Very quiet and tranquil feel.
In the morning I was offered coffee too. Very friendly feel. Only stayed one night, but worth it.
Chris and Adam were terrific hosts and were very accommodating with our weird timings of late arrivals, sleep ins etc due to us being in town for a wedding. Whether it be stcky tape for a wedding gift or advice on the best cafe to visit - they were there for us - we felt so much at home and didn't feel at all that we were intruding. A great Aussie couple with great Aussie hospitality.
