Enjoy the quiet comfort of this unique community while being less than 10 miles from Bentonville Square. Take short walk to enjoy Lake Norwood or to swing by the grocery store at Town Center Plaza.

Mountain bike lovers, ride to the Back 40 and Little Sugar trails.

If you're coming in town for an event at the beautiful Mildred B. Cooper Chapel, it is only 5 minutes away.

The space
The home features beautiful wood ceilings on first and second floors. The back windows look out into the greenery of a wooded area. Perfect for enjoying morning coffee listening to the birds from the patio. You will feel like you are in a treehouse while still having the modern conveniences of indoor plumbing, electricity, heating and cooling!

The home has been recently updated to include:
An office space with an extra monitor for remote workers.
Flat screen TVs in the master suite and living room.
Rain shower in the master bath.
Ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms.

It is an end unit with only 1 shared wall and quiet, respectful neighbors!

Guests are welcome to use all of the rooms in the home and both dedicated parking spaces.

Other things to note
Northwest Arkansas truly is an outdoor lover's paradise. This home is in a great location to access more than you can likely take in, in one trip.

Hop on the Back 40 just past the Mildred B Cooper Chapel and you're a fairly short ride/hike to the picture-worthy Pinion Falls and the Hanging Bridge; not to mention the Little Sugar Connector that gives you easy access to 50 more miles of trails! (We highly recommend checking out the We Are Trailblazers website for the latest status in trail closures for the 2024 season!)

Bella Vista boasts some of the best golf in Arkansas, a few of the closest courses are a short drive away:
- 2 miles drive to Bella Vista Country Club
- 4.5 mile drive to Kingswood
- 6 mile drive to Scottsdale

Lake Norwood is a no-wake lake, paddle boarding and kayaking welcome.
For motorized boats and additional family activities, Loch Lomond is 8 miles west.

And of course Bentonville!

8.6 miles to Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art
9.6 miles to the shops, food, music, and night life on The Square (we highly recommend checking out the treats at Table Mesa Bakery).
