Our small apartment in Strande, the most beautiful village on the Kiel Fjord, is only 160 meters from the sea.
Harbor, supermarket /bakery, sailing shop, restaurants & co. are also around the corner.

Through the open window you can hear the waves rushing.

The apartment is part of a house newly built in 2023 and offers high comfort.

The space
We have integrated a cozy basement apartment into our newly built house. The apartment includes a large room with a cozy double bed, sofa area, dining table and fully equipped kitchenette. The apartment also has a nice shower room, as well as a hallway with a wardrobe and shoe rack, so that any wet things don't hang in the middle of the bedroom.

The apartment is accessible via a separate entrance and an external staircase that leads down.

Currently, work is still being carried out in the outdoor area and access is possible but not (yet) nice and the concrete steps on the stairs are not yet covered.

The guest terrace with afternoon sun is still a bit "under construction," but you can already sit there comfortably and relax.

In the summer of 2025 everything should be finally ready - then it will be even more beautiful ;-)

And until then, we look forward to cheerful guests who enjoy Strande and the surrounding area, to whom we can give tips and tricks and who love the sea, the beach and the wind as much as we do!

NEW: Since the beginning of 2025, the visitor's tax has also been mandatory for Strande. This makes Strande part of the "Ostseecard" and you can use many advantages as the owner of the card. Among other things: Free use of the beaches, the buses from nah sh and many more. Details are available directly on the Ostseecard Punkt de website.

To keep things relaxed for everyone and so that we don't have to exchange cash, we have simply priced in the amounts for the Baltic Sea card directly and will provide you with the card upon arrival. What do we need for this? Some personal data from you ... we will contact you after successful booking.

Other things to note
We are very happy about sailors, as we are enthusiastic sailors ourselves. If something should break during regattas, we will gladly provide our workshop including a drill press.

But of course we also look forward to all others who simply want to spend a nice and cozy time on the Baltic Sea :-)
