The 900 square foot open-plan studio apartment offers a queen sized-bed and full-sized futon with quality mattresses for comfort. A rollaway single bed is available for the potential to sleep up to five guests. Unpack into the gorgeous dresser for an extended stay and feel just like you would at home. The beds are in the open space with the living room allowing you to enjoy the gorgeous view as you settle in for a peaceful slumber.

The pristine bathroom offers a walk-in shower, under-sink storage, and beautiful fixtures. The bathroom is located within the unit, so you’ll enjoy optimal privacy for your morning routines or winding down at the end of the day.

Our kitchen offers a full-sized refrigerator. The double burner, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and sink are at your disposal for fixing a quick meal or heating up leftovers from any one of the nearby eateries. Enjoy your meal at the small dining table. Dishes, cutlery, and wine glasses are provided as well.

Kick back with a movie or a good book in our lounge chairs or on the futon. The dining area is perfect for game nights. You’ll feel entirely at home in the woods!

This gorgeous basement apartment is perfect for a stay in an environmentally-conscious home, with plenty of room for unpacking and a washer and dryer for your convenience. WiFi is available, as well as laptop-friendly seating so you can sneak in a bit of work if necessary. You will have full access to the apartment via a private entrance.

Designated parking is available for you in our circle drive. We are flexible on our check-in/check-out times when possible, so if you need it, just ask. We live in the upper two floors of the home and are courteous and respectful. Besides, the home is virtually soundproof.

Should you want to venture out, it’s within walking distance of restaurants and wine-tasting rooms. We are located close to Dundee, Willamette Valley, and McMinnville vineyards and just a mile from George Fox University. For more to explore, travel just 40 minutes to find yourself in Portland.
