The Legacy house is located only one block to the Gondola in Telluride's historic Depot district and is a beautiful four bedroom home with lots of natural light and entertainment space. The perfect place to stay with the family!

You enter the Legacy Home from Depot Ave into an entryway and hallway. To the right of the entryway, there is a bedroom with a queen bed, flat screen TV, bay window and attached bath with a soaking tub and shower. The next room down the hall is a bathroom with a shower only. Across the hall from the bathroom, there is a second bedroom with two built in twin bunk beds. At the end of the hallway, there is a third bedroom with two twin beds, TV, DVD player, and attached bath with a shower only. Next to this bedroom is a door leading to a one car carport.
A staircase is just to the right of the entryway; on the second level of the home there is a grand room that includes a dining room table that can seat 8, spacious living room, and fully equipped kitchen. The living room has two TV's, DVD and VHS player, a gas fireplace, game table, and deck with views to the south. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a six burner viking gas stove, granite tile counter tops, hardwood floors, and three bar stools under the island. Just beyond the kitchen there is a second deck with a private hot tub, BBQ grill and views of the mountains to the north. A half bath and washer/dryer are also located on this level.
The master bedroom is located on the third level of the home. It has a king bed, small flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and an attached bath with a jetted tub, separate shower, and double sink. Internet access available.

Everything was very easy and very nice. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed our home away from home for 4 days. There was plenty of space and plenty stuff for us to use to make this a very convenient time.
Our only criticism was that it was a bit far from the main town area. It is only a pain at night when the buses are no longer running. While it is very walkable, it becomes a pain at night to walk up hill, in the snow, and in the dark.
Also there isn't a hot tub. When we reserved that was listed as an amenity, and we were rather looking forward to it after a cold day on the mountain.
We really enjoyed our stay in here.
Nice apartment with perfectly equipped kitchen. Main street is only a short walk away and the bus to the ski lift departs right outside the door (10 min ride).
Great experience start to finish. Painless arrangements, easy key pickup (accommodated for late arrival), and a great place! The host was easy to work with and the home was wonderful. Very clean, professional (they had hotel soaps at all the sinks!) and plenty of supplies like pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and towels. Luxurious bed (in the downstairs bedroom I used) and the perfect location for our Tahoe getaway. I had a great time and a great experience - thanks, folks!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stat at this Spruce Way town home. Plenty to space to sleep and socialize. Easy walk (5 mins, with gear) to the Columbine Ave bus stop. Close enough to town to come home after skiing and head back in for dinner, and just far enough away to see every star in the sky at night. A beautiful vacation spot. Will stay again!
This place was great! Hot tub was very nice. The BBQ worked great. There is so much space and everything was very in order.
Great house and nice use of space. Was a perfect getaway for two small families. Everything was clean, well maintained and worked properly. Not a big kitchen but the rest of the house was very nice.
RA Rentals was helpful in booking the place, and was accommodating and helped me book the place 2 days in advance. The booking went smoothly, and communication was fine, and the place was ok. This condo didn't feel that much like a home, but much more like a motel (except you get a whole house). If you stay here, I'd advise that you bring your own sponges, soap, pots/pans and knives (but the provided plates/utensils are ok). The house is definitely older, and you'll notice it, and the place definitely feels like a rental vacation home. If you come with these expectations, the place is fine, spacious enough, and relatively comfy if you're spending most of the day out skiing anyways.
It was a very stay and place. They gave us a warm welcome during check-in, along with a bottle of wine on the house.
The only issue was that when I contacted them through e-mail, they wanted me to call to a different number than the one in the contact info, and they took some time to locate my reservation. It gave me the impression that RA Rentals Agency and the place where I called then and did the check-in are not the same thing, and there was some miscommunication between them about rentals through AirBnB.
