• Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Visitors are not allowed due to safety, privacy, and insurance regulations.
• Please note: When it rains or the paddock is wet, the horses cannot go inside for safety reasons, as they might slip and fall, and to protect the grass.
• This is a rustic, ranch-style property built from antique Indonesian wooden houses. Layouts are unique and not comparable to modern hotels.
• Stairs are part of the original structure and do not have modern handrails.
• The property is open to nature; insects and sounds from the countryside are normal. We provide earplugs for light sleepers 💤
• Bali can experience heavy tropical rain from time to time 🌧️ While we carry out daily maintenance on our antique wooden houses, during strong storms a small leak can occasionally happen. If that ever occurs, please let us know right away and we’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.
