From your private terrace and pool, you overlook the paddocks of the Salty Cowboy Ranch – a unique Bali experience. Here you’ll feel the peace, the closeness to nature, and the special atmosphere of village life.

Just 900 meters from Kedungu Beach, famous for sunsets and surfing. The iconic Tanah Lot temple is a short walk through rice fields, and Canggu is about 20 minutes away – the perfect balance between tranquility and vibrant life.

By staying here, you support Salty Cowboy – a heartfelt project rescuing former workhorses and giving them a new life. You can also book unforgettable experiences: horseback rides along the beach, through rice fields, or horsemanship lessons at the ranch. If you’d like to ride, please note that horseback sessions are not included in the villa stay and must be booked separately with Salty Cowboy Stable in advance, as spots are limited. (The stable is closed on saturday afternoons and sunday's)

A picturesque path through the rice fields takes about 35 minutes on foot to the Tanah Lot Temple.
Nearby: warungs, restaurants, cafés, hidden paths, spectacular sunsets.

Bali is growing, and like many places on the island, there is some construction next door. We’ve kindly asked the workers to start after 9 AM and finish by 5 PM, so your mornings and evenings remain peaceful.

• This is a rustic, ranch-style property built from antique Indonesian wooden houses. Layouts are unique and not comparable to modern hotels.
• Stairs are part of the original structure and do not have modern handrails.
• The property is open to nature; insects and sounds from the countryside are normal.
