Experience urban charm in our stylish downtown Johnson City loft! This modern space boasts exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and an open floor plan, offering a unique blend of historic character and contemporary comfort. Perfectly located, you're steps away from local dining, shopping, and entertainment. The building is steps away from Founder's Park and King Commons Park. It's just minutes down the street from ETSU, JCMC, and the VA hospital.

The space
This urban retreat features two spacious bedrooms, each with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light and offer fantastic city views. Both bedrooms are equipped with king-sized beds for your ultimate comfort. The loft also includes two full bathrooms both with a tub/shower combo. The kitchen includes everything you would need to cook most any meal including cookware, utensils, bakeware, plates, cups, coffee mugs, and flatware.

The building is coded access only. Guests will be given a code to access the courtyard area from the street as well as the lobby of the building and their unit. The building does have an elevator.
