This is for a whole house rental with use of pool, laundry, study and garage if needed. This time of year it is so cosy and the fireplace creates a wonderful ambiance. I spend most of the year in England so am open to long-term rental discussion. My home is very close to Texas Motor Speedway, Southlake Town Square, Grapevine Historic District, Gaylord Convention Center, Sabre, 15 minutes from DFW and close to both Dallas and Fort Worth. Unique, beautiful home that will wrap its arms around you.

Other things to note
We have a high chair, cot, and baby car seat available for rent if needed. Each item is $30, as we cover the cost of delivery, sanitizing, setup, and breakdown. If you’d like all three, we can do a bundle price of $60.

A blow-up bed is also available for $20, which includes setup and takedown.

For your awareness, this property has outdoor security cameras. There is also one camera in a section of the closet that guests do not have access to.

Neighborhood highlights

Trophy Club is a very safe neighborhood, close to DFW but not too close. The home is in a cul-de-sac and my neighbors are all really lovely. The Gaylord Hotel is close for convention guests. Southlake and Roanoke, both 5 minutes away are really special places to wine and dine, lots of fun restaurants and wine bars.
