Velvet and Brent were great accommodating hosts. I arrived late they welcomed me with open arms. Velvet made muffins in the morning and they were delicious. Thanks again!
What a lovely stay in Lubbock! The house was easy to find and really nice! The bed was so comfortable and Brent and Velvet are wonderful hosts. I wish I had more time to visit but this trip was just a stopover on my way to Austin. Highly recommended!
We stayed here for a night in between Austin and Santa Fe. Velvet met us at the door and made sure we were comfortable. She and Brent were super friendly and the room and bathroom were spotless. Definitely the best AirBnB experience we have had to date.
I feel really happy to meet Velvet and Brent. They're super nice. The room is super clean and comfy. Their beautiful house is located in a safe and quite area.
Velvet and Brent were both so great! This was my second time staying and I would definitely stay again. They make you feel comfortable and they have a wonderful home.
Staying at Velvet and Brent's place was my first airbnb experience. They were delightful hosts and the house was very comfortable. I will stay with them the next time I'm in Lubbock!

About the Host, Velvet & Brent
Booking on AirBnB can sometimes be scary, please allow us to introduce you to true AirBnB hospitality! About 90% of our guests are first-time AirBnB users and we consider it our business to make your experience one in which you would prefer no other way of traveling!
As we are dedicated to our guests and their comfort we have been awarded by AirBnB the distinction of being Lubbock's very first SuperHost! We are very humbled and yet proud of this award as it comes with great responsibility to make your stay with us an exceptional one.
Born and raised in West Texas. I am an entrepreneur , decorative painter, singer, homemaker and designer. My husband is a former cotton farmer and competes in calf roping events, enjoys playing golf, plays guitar, is a Realtor by trade and now the Rodeo Coach at Texas Tech University. I love gardening and cooking. The smell of wet dirt makes me happy. I grew up making mud pies, paper snowflakes and lots of stuff out of clay. I am very artsy. Our newest adventure together is scuba diving!
The past two years of hosting people in our home via AirBnB has been such a joy and adventure. We have had the privilege of meeting so many people from all walks of life and from around the world.
Needless to say we trust you are the next one!
