I live onsite in the second bedroom. There are plenty of places to hang out inside and out, allowing for quiet and privacy.
The house is located within one block of Groundworks Coffee, Whole Foods, CVS and a laundromat. The beach is about 10 blocks away. There is ample on-street parking along 7th Avenue.
LAX airport is close-by. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the bungalow by car. The R3 (Big Blue Bus Route 3) goes from the airport to Lincoln Boulevard and Rose Avenue. The bungalow is one block from Lincoln Blvd near Rose Ave.
Smoking is only allowed outside on the front porch or side patio.
