We had a lovely stay at Sky Acres. The trails were wonderful and the house was homey. Dennis and Posie were so kind and accommodating.

Great house! definitely a great place to go if you want to get away and escape from the world. Dennis was a great help when welcoming us and giving the ins & outs. He let us be which was nice.

The place was great! Dennis and his wife were very helpful hosts. They responded to our needs and questions very fast and even when we got stuck on a snow road they find help immediately for us (by the way do not follow your gps to the location, they will give you the correct directions). The house is big and perfect for a group like ours (10 people) very cozy and clean. We had a great time and I will definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Dennis was waiting for us upon our arrival and showed us all we needed to know for our stay. The vintage house was just what we needed as a large family. It was charming and set in a beautiful area. It was also, surprisingly, so nice to be 'unplugged' for the week. The leaves were autumn perfect and-as most of the family staying at Sky Acres were from FL and TX- stayed warm despite cooler temps! It was perfect for us and Dennis made our stay pleasant and just what we needed.

Very spacious, quiet and cozy house. We we're a group of 10 and everyone had a comfortable bed. 35 minutes from Cooperstown, where we played two games in the weekend. Great place to relax. Only regret is we didn't have time to visit the vast land around the house.

Skyacres was indeed as described - it was quiet, remote, with no wifi so its really designed for a weekend 'off the grid" with no cell phones and laptops. There was a nice trail right behind the home leading up to a clearning with a big fire pit overlooking the whole area -- really beautiful. Our host (Dennis) was there to meet us and show us everything. We went to Cooperstown and it was a really nice three day weekend.

Great house with tons of space for our group of 11. Beautiful property with hiking trails, excellent views, and a fire pit.
