Pansion 7even was a good experience, a stone's throw to Old Town! We not met Dejan, but his parents were very hospitable, have spoiled us with breakfast and cake! We had expected more insider knowledge, but unfortunately Dejan's parents did not speak English. Our booked room was very clean, maybe a bit small (2 people and 2 suitcases), but we had our own bathroom with shower, unfortunately smelled the drainage.
Note to guests arriving by car - there is no parking in front of the house, only on the road for a fee. What a pity, but these are the conditions abroad, we are spoiled!
We wish Dejan and his family all the best for the future!
This is a truly beautiful and well-decorated 'pansion', just a few minutes walk from 'the' bridge! Very clean and well cared for. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and kind - cake and a drink on arrival! I was a bit 'under the weather' and was having a coughing fit in the morning, and they very kindly gave me some herbal tea, natural honey and aspirin! The hosts were always quick in communication and eager to please. Mostar itself is great to roam around, and photograph the Old Bridge from as many angles as possible! Word of warning: The Old Bridge Museum closes at 4pm by the way, I went at 4.15pm expecting it still to be open! I would whole-hearted recommend this accommodation as a place to stay whilst in Mostar.
A cute little home in the center of Mostar. We had a warm welcome in this cosy decorated house, with coffee and sweets. Our room was small and directly attached to the shared living room which made it noisy at night and in the morning, depending on the other guests. We liked the decoration, the private bathroom and the shared kitchen, which made it convenient to cook our own meal (which is a nice change from the touristy restaurants). Expect to pay 20-35 kuna per day for the parking area that is right around the corner, (which makes the stay more expensive).
Very warm welcome by mother with juice and traditional cake. Enjoyed our stay very much. Very comfortable place and very central. Get good instructions on how to find it. It is alittle bit hidden away. Have lovely memories of our time in Mostar. Michael Wild
This is THE place to stay in Mostar's old town. The location is perfect, the cost is a great value, and the apartments are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I can't add much to the many glowing reviews that Dejan has received already--everything they say is true, especially about the hospitality of Dejan's parents.
For those who decide to stay here, I should add that we also had several excellent meals at the nearby Hindin Han restaurant.
I wasn't able to meet Dejan in person but he was very responsive over email. His parents manage the apartment and they were incredibly sweet and caring! His mom made me coffee upon arrival and both of them stood with me outside as I waited for my taxi on my last day :). The room was compact but very clean and had a large shower. The location is perfect and just a few minutes from the town. I would recommend!
The pension is a great place to stay, as it is run with a lot of love. Milan's parents were very nice, they addressed me by my name always, were very helpful and offered delicious sweets and coffee. The location of the pension is perfect, too and the interiors are lovely. Bis plus: Even a last-minute change of my reservation (I had to shorten my visit from two nights to one) was no problem at all, I got a full refund. Highly recommendable!
