If you like to walk you can get to the Vatican Museum entrance in less then 2 minutes, from there you can go and see the beautiful San Peter square and walking on Via della Conciliazione you get to the amazing Sant'Angelo Castle.
From there ,few more steps will take you to the LungoTevere and walking by it you get in other 10 minutes to one of the most ancient areas of Rome : Trastevere (you can't miss this).
From there you just have to cross the Tevere by walking on the bridge and you get to the famous Campo De Fiori and Piazza Navona.

From Sant'Angelo Castle you can go back to the famous Via Cola di Rienzo (very good for shopping) and going staight (less than 10 minutes) you get to Piazza del Popolo.

If you are in Termini Station DO NOT EVER get into the cab of taxi driver that's about of the cab and that asks you "Do you need a cab?".They're gonna charge you a lot of money.Just grab the first one available at the taxi station.

The district is full of very good restaurants and pubs.
