Plus, a sofa bed in the living room sleeps two additional guests($50 for each additional guest after two). Plus, this is my family's property and we have a vacation rental license, so you can be comfortable knowing you wont' have to sneak in and out like in most other condo or apt buildings in the city.
On the second floor of a historic mansion, this unit boasts separate living and dining rooms, a king size bed, newly remodeled kitchen and bath, and a huge deck with a table and chairs!
For laundry, there is a shared coin-operated washer-and-dryer, on-site, in the basement.

I'm a Chicago native and I enjoy traveling; I am Greek-American, so I go to Greece just about every summer to Karpathos, a small island where my grandmother was from. I try to tack on another European destination to each trip, to mix it up. I recently went to Brazil for NYE, which was amazing. It has also been a lot of fun to host guests, from all over the world, at our family property in Lincoln Park. Oh, and I play a lot of 16-inch softball in the summer, here (It's a Chicago thing).
