The space
3 level home that has been completely renovated. Beautiful kitchen and dining room to gather in. Charming living room and porch. 4 bedrooms all decorated with a western flair. Kitchen and living room both have large smart TV’s. Each bedroom also has a smart TV as well. We think you will find the home so comfortable and relaxing that you won’t want to leave!
Lastly, we have a 3 stall garage where you are welcome to park your vehicle.

We ask that you stay out of the corrals and pasture. There will be cattle there from time to time.

The community of Philip has many different things you might enjoy. Coffee at Ginny’s, Steakout on Friday nights at the 73 Bar, sit down dining at Kook’s Steakhouse, breakfast and lunch at the Kitchen at the PLA and pizza at Voener Pantry. Hunting & fishing licenses and so much more are available at Philip Hardware. The Hidden Gem, Dakota Pharmacy, 4E Foods Grocery & Petersen’s Variety for your shopping needs. Just to name a few! Lake Waggoner and Lake Waggoner Municipal Golf Course are just over the hill from Helen’s House.

Fun fact: Reviving the home was a labor of love.
Our family has worked hard to make our Mom’s house a beautiful place to gather. We hope you love it as much as we do! She was a cowgirl at heart and much of the vintage western art & furniture are passed down. We love to take in sunsets from the porch and so many delicious meals have been served on Grandma’s table!
