The sofa bed in one room turn to the side! ;-) Please turn your tablet 90 degrees counterclockwise! lol
There are 2 extra bedrooms in my house. The house is super clean with my weekly maid service. The bed is a double IKEA sofa bed with a sponge mattress that is very comfortable.
The place is quite and I live in the house myself: so easy to help with anything you might need.
The area is a beautiful and safe family neighbourhood. 5 min walk to the bus stop and Chapters book store, starbucks,... and the best grocery in town! I commute to downtown and back everyday almost and can give you a ride if need be. It is a 10 min ride to Queen's and KGH and 20 min by bus.
Why unique? My knowledge of the city (and the province) from a traveler's perspective makes this accommodation very unique. Lots of stories to share with you if you are a conversant and much help to save you time and money while I can also point to the best of wine and dine and fun stuff to do around.
No extra people/guests. No pets nor smoking. No outside shoes. Must be very quite past 10 pm.
Sean was a casual and friendly host. He was super helpful, informative, also very prompt in responding to all communication. His apartment is kept spotless . It had everything we needed and, of course, stylish. The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful and secured. My friend and I, we both agreed it was a good experience to staying in his house.
Sean was really lovely and very helpful. He helped me to get to know the area, offered local advice and was always making sure I was comfortable. An all round nice bloke! His house was very clean and neat. The room was comfortable and I even had a bathroom to myself haha, everything a girl needs!
