"Fragola" is one of the two bedrooms which it is possible to rent at "La Bella Sosta (al Centro di Roma)" apartment - your Home away from Home, where you will really feel like at your home!

The space

Very far from the aseptic environment of a hotel, our 85 sqm apartment - located in a typical historical building - has been entirely renovated and refurbished with early '900 furniture in order to keep the familiar warmth of a typical Roman house.
We can rent either the whole apartment (see https://www.airbnb.it/rooms/115789) or the bedrooms singularly.
This announcement is referred to the rental of the bedroom, "Fragola" (20 sqm) which can accommodate 2/3 people. Sunny and clean it includes a king size bed, a sofa bed (which can be unfold and turns into a real bed), a wardrobe, a small table to savour and enjoy your Italian breakfats, TV, air conditioning and internet access.
The pretty private bathroom with shower is decorated with the typical Vietri tiles (Southern Italy).
Cleaning service is not provided (we request euro 25, 00 for a final cleaning), while towels and sheets are provided by the host.
A common area and a fully equipped kitchen complete the apartment. Washing machine, iron and iron table are available for the guests to use.
Our aim is to make your stay memorable in our city and we will do our best to succeed and manage all your requirements!

We stayed here for the last 2 nights of our Rome adventure and it was great! Close to Termini but far enough away that you don't see it or hear it. The location was like being in a true Italian neighborhood. Great restaurants all in walking distance, the best ice cream stand ever, and easy to get back to after walking around. It's like the Manhattan of Rome. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom with great shower, and personal touches in the kitchen (bread, coffee, water, etc). 5th floor was easy to access with the fastest little elevator..! Internet was strong...thankfully. There was a couple staying in the other bedroom but we only encountered them once and with the shared living room between us, we never heard any noise from them. Simona even arranged for a driver to take us to the airport for only €10 euros more than the train would have cost and, since I was leaving with 2 huge suitcases, this was definately the way to go. We are so glad we found this gem. Grab it if you can.

The apartment is clean and spacious with large windows. conveniently located with easy access to train station and tourist sites. Still enough away from tourist areas so there is peace and quiet. It was great to have the washing machine and the kitchen supplied with food and equipped with all we needed for food prep and serving. We liked staying in this real Roman neighborhood

We had a lovely stay at La Bella Sosta! The apartment is in a beautiful building in a convenient location-- within walking distance to all the major sights, shops, restaurants, and very near Termini station. The room was both charming and comfortable. The room has high ceilings and two large windows from which you can see the local Romans scurrying about on the streets below. Simona has excellent taste-- the room and the entire apartment are decorated in a rustic yet playful manner. Along with the photos, the noted amenities are accurate. The WiFi was fast and we really enjoyed using the kitchen (which is kindly stocked with Italian coffee, cookies, cereal, and pasta). Our host, Simona, was great! She is very responsive, organized, sweet, and hast several great recommendations. You'll love her.

My father and I really enjoyed our stay here. Simona was very communicative and helpful for tips on where to go and how to get there. She highlights convenient places such as grocery stores on a large map when you first get there. Check out the gelato place down the street, La Romana! So delicious. There was a little kitchen you shared with the other airbnb visitor using the other room. There is a little coffee and tea station that was so nice to come back to every day as well as some pots/pans, a coffee maker, a toaster, a hot water pot, and a little fruit juicer. She had also left us some sustenance such as cereal and pasta which was greatly appreciated! Perfect location- between termini and repubblica metro stops.

I had an amazing experience with Rita and her bnb. The location was great (close to the metro and a major train station) and the apartment was lovely. It was clean and well ventilated and felt very safe. Rita has a very nice man come each day to clean, change towels, make the bed, etc.. She even provided small snacks for breakfast, etc.. Just a great place and I couldn't recommend it more.

We loved staying here. The space was very comfortable - enough room for two people for the week. Having our own bathroom was very helpful & allowed us to really settle in & enjoy our time there. Simona is extremely helpful - she gave us food recommendations as well as ideas for the rest of our time in Italy. All in all just a lovely place to stay when in Rome!

Hi, I am Simona, the Hosting Manager of 2 beautiful apartments in Rome, respectively owned by two very good friends of mine, Rita (La Bella Sosta al Centro di Roma) and Cristiana (La Bella Sosta al Vaticano).
Rita lives in Houston with her husband and 5 kids, and she's one of my oldest friends, we were (high-)schoolmates.
Cristiana lives and works in Rome in a multinational Company - where I also used to work up to some time ago, this is how we met ;-)
I am Italian and speak fluent English and French and good German.
I have always lived in Rome , but I have travelled a lot both for educational and working purposes.
I use to cooperate with my sister Francesca, who manages other very nice apartments here in Rome.
If you don't find my places available, please see the links below :
https://www.airbnb.it/rooms/7027330 - Historical Center apartment 2/4 pax
https://www.airbnb.it/rooms/4577818 - Historica Center studio 2 pax
From very recently we started to rent also our Villa in Marina Velca, nearby the ancient Etruscan village Tarquinia, in the area of Viterbo: https://www.airbnb.it/rooms/12910116
I love to socialize with new friends and thanks to this activity I can do it very often. I love this job and the way I can make other people feel happy and comfortable during their vacations.
So, I really hope those who read this will be my guests very soon!
