The Space

Spacious and silent studio apartment accommodation in Paris with a large main room, separate kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet, located on the 5th floor of a lovely building (with elevator) dating back to the 1900’s, in the area of the Champs Elysees of the 16th district.
This well designed studio apartment of (website hidden) offers a layout of a large apartment, with its separated areas and rooms, and a cosy environment. The entrance opens onto a corridor which leads to all the rooms. To the right of this is the first door, which opens onto the kitchen, well equipped and complete with many modern comforts such as a washing machine and microwave oven, as well as an extractable counter from the main counter top, ideal (email hidden). A large window allows for light to pour into the kitchen, and for airing the room whilst cooking or eating. Behind the second door to the right is the bathroom, with a comfortable bathtub. To the left, opposite the bathroom, is the separate toilet, with a comfortable wooden cabinet.
at the end of the corridor is the main room, which presents a closet, shelves, a round dining table, a comfortable double sofa bed (140 cm wide), and a small desk. The window here looks out onto the inner court, guaranteeing undisturbed sleep.
Area
The apartment is located in a splendid and quiet neighbourhood of the 16ème arrondissement, right between the Champs-Elysées (a 5 minute stroll) and the Eiffel Tower (at a 15minute walk).
The neighbourhood is a very exclusive, residential one, albeit surrounded by plenty of major cultural sites: the Trocadero Center and the Tour Eiffel, the Arc de Trionphe, and the Champs-Elysées, as well as many small local museums.
Its proximity to the Champs-Elysées, with its famous boutiques, makes it a strategic location for any shopping aficionado.
For evenings and gourmet lovers, the immediate neighbourhood, together with the surrounding ones, offer a large choice of fine restaurants and great brasseries. In particular, the apartment in rue de Siam is right next to Rue de la Pompe and Rue de la Tour, two neighbourhood streets which offer any commercial activity one may desire. In addition, the boulangeries and pastry shops of the area are among the absolute best in Paris, catering to the most refined and demanding palates of the French capital who reside in this rich area.
Conveniently located at a 10 minute distance is Charles de Gaulle Etoile, perfect for reaching Charles de Gaulle airport with the Air France shuttle (a shuttle service available to all travelers, regardless of the airline they are traveling with).

  • The apartment was what we expected or even better. Recommend to stay in this place - apartment is very central, the terrace is amazing and in hot Bologna summers the air conditioners that are in each room are really good to have. The host was very flexible with check-in and check-out times.

  • Great experience! Bettina is very easy to work with -- great communication, prompt responses, and answers questions quickly and thoroughly. She worked to accommodate our needs and help us find a place that would work well for our trip.

This is a really lovely apartment. I expected "cozy" to mean small but in fact this apartment was very comfortable and spacious, with high ceilings, large bedrooms, comfortable living room and separate kitchen. Clean, nice shower, well outfitted, including washing machine plus clothes dryer (unusual and welcome). Location can't be beat. The apartment is basically right on Piazza della Signoria, one of my favorite places in Florence, in the bustling heart of the city. I would happily stay in this location again.

  • Excellent communication prior and on arrival in Florence. Fantastic apartment in a wonderful city. Three of us were very comfortable in a perfect setting, with everything we needed. Surrounded by lots of restaurants and bars. Walking distance to a great supermarket and all the main sights were on our doorstep. Being so central we wondered about noise - but no problems - we all slept soundly in very comfortable beds.

We all hope to return and will tell all who are visiting to Florence Malespini is a great base.

  • We loved this flat. Climbing the 4 stories of steps was well worth it! Great for the waistline too! Perfect location and very comfortable.

  • The Ricasoli apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay in Florence! What first struck us was the amazing location--literally across the street from the Accademia where the David is. Lourdes met us and was very welcoming and sweet. There are a lot of stairs, but this is Florence so it is what we expected, being on the top floor. The apartment itself was quite spacious for two people: nice sized bedroom and bath, small kitchen to keep a few food items, comfy couch for relaxing, wifi, and the best part: 2 terraces overlooking the terra cotta tiled roofs of Florence. The front terrace even has a view of the Duomo! A convenient supermarket was right next door. We would come back in a heartbeat and will recommend this apartment to all our friends. This was the perfect home base for our trip; thank you!

  • This started out in an agreeable fashion. We arrived at the flat early and we intended to just leave our luggage but were allowed to check in. The unit was small as we had anticipated. The description of location of tube stop was a tad exaggerated as it was quite a walk with luggage. The TV did not work and the dryer had issues in addition to mold in bathroom. I sent 4 texts to manager and he never responded. We lost the card for the building ( I owned up and was willing to pay) and as luck would have it they are taking entire security deposit which is more that the 3 days stay. There was also a $200+ cleaning fee and considering the mold I would ask for it back. The area the unit is in is an area in "transition" and I would not suggest walking around at night.

  • Guys that helped check us in were friendly and helpful. Apt was what we expected. Furnished good and bed slept well..kitchen and bath were good.Location was very good..close enough to metro and banks...no bakery close by which was a bummer. Restaurants were good near by.Would recommend staying there.

About
I work for a great company that manages serviced apartments throughout Italy (Venice, Florence, Verona, Naples, Rome, etc). I'm an open minded person and I really like my job! I believe we can always improve our services and for this reason I kindly ask you to give me feedback/advice regarding your experience in our apartments. In my free time, I love spending time with friends, dinning out and having a glass of italian wine :)
