Spacious and silent studio apartment accommodation in Paris with a large main room, separate kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet, located on the 5th floor of a lovely building (with elevator) dating back to the 1900’s, in the area of the Champs Elysees of the 16th district.
This well designed studio apartment of (website hidden) offers a layout of a large apartment, with its separated areas and rooms, and a cosy environment. The entrance opens onto a corridor which leads to all the rooms. To the right of this is the first door, which opens onto the kitchen, well equipped and complete with many modern comforts such as a washing machine and microwave oven, as well as an extractable counter from the main counter top, ideal as a breakfast bar. A large window allows for light to pour into the kitchen, and for airing the room whilst cooking or eating. Behind the second door to the right is the bathroom, with a comfortable bathtub. To the left, opposite the bathroom, is the separate toilet, with a comfortable wooden cabinet.
at the end of the corridor is the main room, which presents a closet, shelves, a round dining table, a comfortable double sofa bed (140 cm wide), and a small desk. The window here looks out onto the inner court, guaranteeing undisturbed sleep.

The apartment is located in a splendid and quiet neighbourhood of the 16ème arrondissement, right between the Champs-Elysées (a 5 minute stroll) and the Eiffel Tower (at a 15minute walk).
The neighbourhood is a very exclusive, residential one, albeit surrounded by plenty of major cultural sites: the Trocadero Center and the Tour Eiffel, the Arc de Trionphe, and the Champs-Elysées, as well as many small local museums.
Its proximity to the Champs-Elysées, with its famous boutiques, makes it a strategic location for any shopping aficionado.
For evenings and gourmet lovers, the immediate neighbourhood, together with the surrounding ones, offer a large choice of fine restaurants and great brasseries. In particular, the apartment in rue de Siam is right next to Rue de la Pompe and Rue de la Tour, two neighbourhood streets which offer any commercial activity one may desire. In addition, the boulangeries and pastry shops of the area are among the absolute best in Paris, catering to the most refined and demanding palates of the French capital who reside in this rich area.
Conveniently located at a 10 minute distance is Charles de Gaulle Etoile, perfect for reaching Charles de Gaulle airport with the Air France shuttle (a shuttle service available to all travelers, regardless of the airline they are traveling with).

  • Very nice flat - brilliantly located just off St Croce and very near the historic centre and the St Ambrosio food market. Lots of space for three adults and three children and well equipped. It in a busy area so occasionally street noise but we didn't find it too disturbing.

  • Appartamentino molto confortevole, in zona centrale (si raggiungono la stazione e qualsiasi punto d'interesse della città in pochi minuti a piedi) e pulitissimo. Perfetto per 3 o 4 persone (se affiatate). Unico neo (ma indipendente dal proprietario dell'immobile) il rumore proveniente dalla strada sottostante ed in particolar modo dal via-vai dei carrelli del mercato che (a partire dalle 4 del mattino) facevano spola dai magazzini alla piazza.

    die Wohnung + Gastgeber waren top und zuverlässig. Wohnung wie beschrieben. Leider hat der Balkon nie Sonne,was im Sommer natürlich zum Vorteil ist. Die Lage ist top,direkt um die Ecke befindet sich das Studentenviertel und zwei Straßen weiter ist man im Zentrum.
    Wir (zu dritt) waren mit allem zufrieden.
    Bologna liegt geographisch perfekt für viele Ausflugsziele(Venedig,Siena....) am besten, mit dem Zug zu erreichen!
    Danke für den Aufenthalt.

  • El apartamento es perfecto para descubrir la maravillosa Londres.
    Tiene todo lo necesario y más. No falta ningún detalle en la cocina.
    Es acogedor y está bastante bien situado. Muy cerca de Tower Bridge y del mercado de Borough y la catedral de Southwark.
    El sofá cama es muy cómodo, algo que no siempre ocurre, lo que hace que las cuatro personas descansen bien. Por supuesto, la cama de la habitación también.
    La comunicación con la ciudad mediante autobús es fantástica. El C10 para a 5 minutos, Abbey Street, y lleva (email hidden). En Old Kent Road, a otros 5 minutos, hay distintas líneas que llevan a todos lo interesante(Camden,Big Ben).
    En la zona hay de todo: supermercados, restaurantes, bares, tiendas,etc.
    Resumiendo, una gran elección para alojarse en Londres.
    La atención de los encargados del apartamento ha sido buenísima, por cierto.

  • Absolutely wonderful experience! The unit was exactly as described, and the local staff was very helpful with helping to arrange arrival and exit from the place. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Excellent location to enjoy the Florence central experience.
