Have fun with the whole family at this stylish retro 3 bedroom 1st floor (3step walkup) apt in a quiet suburban street. The balcony is perfect for eating breakfast or even playing games with the family or friends in evening as it is rainproof. Living room is massively spacious and equipped with a 55” smart tv, and westelm sectional sofa bed. Endless things to do nearby or in the city. Be stress free and park your car on the st(no st cleaning) and travel to the city using public transportation!

The space
This 3-bed first floor apt (3 step walkup) just 30 minute train ride or 20-50 minute drive to Manhattan is perfect for a NYC getaway. Train and buses are just a 10-20 minute walk. Private balcony space perfect for unwinding as well as plenty of free street parking! Kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances you can think of. 3 queen size beds and 1 queen size sofa bed in living room with plenty of storage for your clothes and a full sized mirror. Kids friendly as there is a pack-n-play and high chair available. Also just a 10-20 minute walk from cross county mall and Sarah Lawrence College!
