We are centrally located right off the GOTL Strip! 3 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen)1 bath home. The house is a side by side duplex. This listing is for Unit A. Please know that there may be people staying next to you in Unit B. We are a 2 minute walk to GOTL Strip, close enough to enjoy the Restaurants, Bars, Stores, Mini Golf but enough away to relax! Enjoy the Sunrises & Sunsets over Lake Erie! We are also just a short drive to Spire & many Wineries/Distilleries! 3 car parking in Driveway.

The space
Our home has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath. The 1st bedroom has a King size bed while the other 2 have Queen beds. The kitchen has all you need to cook as well as a toaster microwave and a coffee maker. The bathroom will come stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer. Feel free to log into your favorite streaming company to watch TV. We have 2 parking spaces right in front of the unit with a possible third space. Each space has their own mini split unit to control the temperature in each room.

We live by the lake and there are June bugs and Lady bugs in all seasons. This does not mean our home is not clean! Ensure doors and any unscreened windows are closed to avoid excess bugs.

The cottage sleeps 6, by law we can rent to 8 (this includes adults and children). Please note $25 extra per night per person for the 7th or 8th person.
